is there a rule juniors cannot win this award because i dont know how mba's kicker fletcher could not be in the running. He has had two outstanding years and is by far one of the top three in the state.

andrew fletcher for MBA, kid is only a sophmore! longest in game is 49 but is capable of around 55. Kickoffs go in the endzone almost every time. He will be a good one.
