With the 5 weeks or so they've had without Jefferson I'd think one of the best coaching staffs in Tennessee would be able to adapt their offense to a new running back. I don't think Bowers would center his offense around one person in the first place considering his experience as a coach. Seems like a dumb idea. Even so, I've felt that Jefferson dances around too much and with the athletic talent at BA I think that his "fancy" moves wouldn't do anything to help their running game. Darkwa is an downhill back, that gives the Tigers a much better chance at gaining yards on the ground than Jefferson. With BA having probably one of the best D- lines in the state, Ensworth will need to figure out how to establish a decent passing game. It's Ballards chance to prove himself especially after his 5 interceptions vs. FR that lost the game for the Tigers. It has been previously stated and is true that depth will be a big issue for the Tigers. The Tigers' defense can stop Jordan, however, he won't be as much of a problem as people think.

I agree with you ...but not in the sense that MBA will win

You are exactly right. Recruiting does take the fun out of high school football. Teams like Goodpasture and Ryan don't recruit yet still have good teams because their players work hard to keep up with the teams that do recruit. Recruiting in high school is stupid because it' s supposed to be for fun.

I recently heard about some of the post being put on this website by some of the "Ensworth Community". As far as I know none of the football players have posted on here. I do know, however, that most of the "trash talk" put on here are from non- players looking to grab attention. Please disregard these as they are not worth looking at. Back to the game... I predict that this is anybodies game at this point. It will be played out on the field. This is Ensworth's chance to get themselves noticed as one of the big dogs. Their win over Mcallie was nice, but Mcallie is having a down year. A win against MBA would be much more significant. This is MBA's homecoming game and I was told they decided to play us because they thought we could be beaten easily. After their close win to Ravenwood and our big win over Mcallie they should recognize our undiscovered talent as a football program. I still think EHS is underrated but we will see Friday night. As with any game though whoever wants it more will win.
