  1. SD will smash JC... I look for my boy Elliot to have at least 20
  2. I totally agree if you look our offense ran so much smoother with J Mitch at QB, and Mitchell set a record at SD his first game back. As for Derrick he is doin good at Fulton, and yea we could have used him in the secondary. If johnathan hadn' gone down early in the season i think you would have seen a 3rd or 4th place team
  3. The line was not lacking on eithers side of the ball this year. With good linemean such as Chase Phillips, a D-1 Prospect, Daniel Courtney ,who's career is definately not over, John Gipson, and Hakeem Worthen. 2 of those guys will be back next year. It doesn't matter what school it is fans should expect to win.
  4. actually the 86' Doyle team ( i think it was 86' won a championship)
  5. Thank you very much Mr. Mitchell I'm so sorry for your families lose Johny is a good friend of mine.
  6. well i realistically believe if we play like we did last night and take advantage of Maryville mistakes the yes it can be an interesting game. Maryville has not exicuted this year as the have in the past and been in close games. Yeah have played tough teams, but so have we West, Powell, and Clinton is the most improved team in our region. Last night is the first time this season we have put 4 quarters together and you saw the outcome of that. Did SD play a perfect game, NO, did we take advantage of all thier mistakes, Not even close however we fought hard till the last snap and we won.
  7. Hm well i think you got the answer you were looking for. Hutch challenged the "Man Hood" of the team this week he said " A man stands up for what is his, A man will admit when he is wrong, and A man will fight for what he believes in."I am proud of my team, my brothers, and we showed last night we can over-come difficult times. The game was hard fought by both teams, and in the end we came out on top.
  8. I forgot to mention it was a hard fought game by both sides, and i'm really proud of my team
  9. How can you be talkin about a " App- State" llike upset if you were at home and not at the game. Sure we didn't capitalize one all the oppertunities, but it was nothing like App-State and Michigan. How can you say "it feels good to be an SDHS student" then in the next say "our self-esteem will surely be crushed when we play Maryville next week" that is just the kind of attitude that i expect from someone who doesn't know the dedication it takes to play football. Shame on you
