I've been told that R'Dale is upgrading their facilities with sidewalks, ramps, and elevators so Aydelott can coach into his 90's from a wheelchair. I also heard they have a kid benching 135 and squatting 205 now so any weight room issues you may have should be put to rest. I believe they are upgrading their website with the 2012 roster and stats. Aydelott got a hair cut...do you approve? That ought to STIR things up a bit on HERE...!!!

No, they will not be getting put out in the early rounds, they will be beating Maryville.

I didn't agree with him saying anything in the paper, but I did not disagree with the truth of it. And what he actually said was "Rezoning definitely has taken its toll. Right now our zone is just not a hotbed. We don't get the same kids that we were getting at one time." But you try to tell your stories and lies your own way. Don't let actual quotes of what someone said get in your way. You interpret it incorrectly as him saying the players are inferior, I take it at face value and agree that they do not get the same kids they were getting at one time. They do not. Anyone in Rutherford county that has eyes, any athletic sense at all, and no petty ax to grind will tell you the same thing. With stabilizing zones and more continuity in the feeder patterns, Rutherford County's top teams, including Riverdale, will be a more and more difficult teams for Maryville to beat in the future. In another year or two, Maryville beating a Rutherford County school in the playoffs just might become a thing of the past.

What is it with all you Maryville people and your man on man posts? You should change the town name from Maryville to Maryboys.

I have no position at Riverdale and have never said or intimated such. Nor do any lawn work for anyone but myself and the occasional friend or neighbor that needs help. Your statement shows me how little you know about the program for you to think I do. It also gives more proof to the accuracy of my assertions, backed with logic and fact, versus your opinions as a ex Riverdale player's dad and friend to parents of bench sitters and quitters.

what kids have been run off? As another poster said, no one of consequence has played at another school. Almost all programs struggle with funding, it is not unique to Riverdale whatsoever. Stands are always less full in down years. They fill back up when the wins go up. Stands looked pretty good in 11 and 12. Not always packed, but pretty good. Good student section.

You say run into the ground, I say kept respectable facing huge obstacles. With a winning record with multiple rezonings to overcome, the evidence seems to support me more than you.
