Was that when Garrett was knocked out of bounds along the CA bench??? If so, I don't think Garrett tried to hit him in the face and I'm pretty sure the Rector kid said "good hustle man" to Garrett. But whatever, it's over and done with. Garrett's a good kid and basketball player so why don't everybody lay off the trash talking, booing, etc. Thanks and good luck to all District 11A teams!

It was Cornersville's Homecoming and he was chosen "Mr. Basketball" by the student body. Congrats to Garrett and the Bulldogs on their win!

Ran across this today on WKSR.com: New Coach Named At Richland Posted on May 14, 2008 The Richland Lady Raider basketball team will have a new coach next year. According to Richland principal Bobbie McMasters, former Lewis County assistant basketball coach Ben Parker will take over the Lady Raider team. Parker began conducting tryouts this week and was introduced as the new coach. ???Coach Parker will be a valuable asset to our school and basketball program,??? says McMasters. He is also certified to teach P.E. and Wellness, but a decision on his other duties has not been made. Parker is a native of Summertown and served for a brief time as assistant coach there. According to McMasters, Parker will soon begin setting up summer programs and basketball camps for the payers. The Lady Raider basketball team finished the season with a 29-3 record. They were 12-0 in District 11-A
