You never know about a Harriman/Rockwood game but I will pick Rockwood. Wartburg should take care of Sunbright with no problem and I dont know much about Onieda or Oakdale but my gut tells me Onieda. Grace tourn. starts Thursday-Sat with 8 boys teams and 8 girls teams, and should be a great one.

Grace Christian has very nice gym. Three years old and has the college goals on the main court. Only seats 1500 but is a great place to watch a ball game.

As of right now I agree with this list. I think the Oliver Springs/Wartburg game will be a good one.

No, They enrolled into Grace and filed a hardship with tssaa because the school they came from did not field a basketball team. This hardship was granted by the tssaa and they are now eligible to participate. This hardship would have been granted for any school.

Grace does work hard and oh ya dreams do sometimes come true if you know what I mean.

I agree good AAA teams will beat good A teams but the example of sunbright is not a good one. Sunbright is a bad A team and I dont think I would put Karns in that group either. But I do agree good AAA teams would Handle Good A teams

I have to change my top five in region 2 after seeing some of the teams play Grace Christian Wartburg Oliver Springs Greenback Toss up Just my humble opinion and this is as of right now, who knows what it will be like after Christmas

One of the best juniors around is stretching it, not a bad player though and prob will make all district team.

I was at the game and agree, it did not look good for Greenback at all because Sunbright is a VERY weak team and really should have won that game.

Ya I can tell it doesnt bother you at all I just knew about the ones that played, but I still do beleive they will be 3rd in district

Sraters did not even play half the game and last year the starters did not even dress for the games. This year the only reason they dressed was because it is the first of the season and they need to practice a new offence a little and football players need to get into shape. Grace layed off them and even went to a zone and let them shoot. Our jv players played more than half the game. Why is it you are so bitter toward Grace basketball ??? oh wait I remember 0-6 over the last 2 years. And maybe you should show some class and just support your team and not worry about Grace until the time comes.

Just a thought, Have you ever seen Manassass play? They would not beat Farragut and yes Grace did not play well at all in the jambaree but it wasnt a complete game and Grace did make sure everyone got to play and the depth of Grace is not even close to Farragut. Just keep badmouthing the team you have not beaten in 2 years and 6 total games because it doesnt make Greenback look good at all. By the way two starters just got done with football and only had one practice, one played 3 min and the other did not play at all in that game.

Well Grace does return Pridemore also who was voted by the coaches as MVP of the district and region last year and averaged 19.5 a game.

Dont know names of their players but the numbers were 3 & 11 both white kids and #4 Black short kid off the bench

Lester really played well and did not miss from mid range. Grace really didnt have someone that could guard him and went to a zone in the 2nd half (something Grace doesnt do alot of) and that slowed him down alot and made the three outside guards make plays.

Meady played the whole game

Carter was up by 19 in first quarter and grace cut it to 9 at half time. Grace did not play its football players until the 2nd quarter and it hurt them because Grace was really small without them. It was a great game and Carter held the ball for 3 minutes in the 4th up by 3 and took a shot with 2 min left and missed but got a put back. Grace had 3 shots to tie it in the last 30 seconds and 2 were in and out. Grace did win the 2nd , 3rd and 4th quarters but the 1st quarter was just too much to overcome. This kind of pysical game will help Grace down the road.

Grace is stepping schedule up this year and is also playing Faragut wed at Tompson -Boling in the jamboree. This is only going to help Grace prepare for the end of the year
