Titlow from Greenback is listed on the Loudon county team and he hasn't been notified.

The TSSAA does not do any investigating on their own. If a player does off-season workouts with the high school he registered for the spring of his 8th grade year then decides to register with another high school in the fall it would be up to the off-season workouts coach to file a complaint with the TSSAA. Most coaches aren't going to take the time to do this. However I do think that if you register the spring of your 8th grade year with say high school A, you practice with high school A, do summer workouts with high school A, go to summer camps with high school A, then in the fall you decide that high school B is a better choice you are ineligible to play in the sport you did summer practices with. If high school A's coach files a complaint with the TSSAA, provides camp stat books and even game film I'm pretty sure you would be ineligible.

tssaa.com section 14 Practice Rules: A student who engages in 3 or more days of off- season in a school in which a student is enrolled shall be ineligible in that sport the following season if the student enrolls in another school without a corresponding change in residence of the students parents. As an 8th grader/upcoming freshman you fill out your high school paper work. Upcoming freshman are allowed to workout and participate in spring practice/summer camps. If as an upcoming freshman you participate in spring practice, attend summer workouts, attend summer camps, etc. according the the tssaa handbook you are ineligible.

And I think YOUR CRAZY! Titlow has lead Greenback this entire season... PTS, RBDS, FT, if you look at the stat sheet he's #1 in every single area and has been all season. The kid plays 3/4 of every game and against grace he played the entire game, didn't sit out once. He's a great ball player and deserved all region. Greenback had a poor season so they only picked one player and that player was a senior but by far not the best player on the team, nor the leader of the team. Now if you were to ask Titlow about this he would say Buck deserved it and only wish the kid the best because that's how he is Michael is just a really good all around kid who wants the best for his team no matter who makes it happen. I'm not trying to take anything away from Rockwood when I say this but... Greenback played the worse game I've EVER seen them play. GB shot air balls, threw away passes, nobody and I mean NOBODY could throw the ball in. It was the worse thing I have ever seen. Rockwood played a good game but at the same time they played GB when GB was at their absolute worse. I am sure of one thing and one thing only about GB basketball at this point there's NOWAY they can ever play as badly as they did last night... it's only up from here can't go any lower. Sorry guys but that's just the way it is. Learn from it and improve that's all I've got to say. move on

Rockwood beat Greenback by 20 last night. GB only had 10 pts. in the entire 1st half and those 10 pts. belonged to the Titlow kid. Really just don't think GB has it this year. I really don't understand what's going on we didn't lose that much as far as seniors. Any thoughts? I do have to say the Titlow kid had a really great game but Rockwood shut him down the second half by double/triple teaming him. And we all know one kid can't win a ball game it takes 5 and that's not happening. We also don't seem to have much of a bench, not very deep at all. Just really not sure how this can be fixed. Good luck to the kee's there's alot of ball games left to be played; try to get this figured out over the christmas break. Just a shout out to the Kee's YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!! This was a really great game within 1 pt pretty much until late in the 4th GB loses by 3. It was a heartbreaker and I know the team is disappointed but you guys played a GREAT game. Titlow, Sabo, Buck, Denton, all you guys stepped up and played BIG! You make Greenback PROUD!!!! Why is it that anyone above single A thinks their better and play better competion? Greenback plays AA and AAA teams. And yeah you really can't "attack" single A when it was a VERY good SINGLE A team that beat your AA redskins in football this year. He's good no question but plays when he chooses. I apologized for my earlier post regarding the sunbright game but you know as well as I do that boy played more in the last 3-5 minutes of the game then anyone else on the court did. If he played that way all the time there's no question in my mind he's one of the best in this area single A to the highest A there is. But, he doesn't. Let's be real here and not build a kid up when he chooses to let his team down. I know these kids get on here and read this stuff and for the most part they are 15,16,17 year old kids but at some point you have to grow up and play like a man. And I mean play like a man all the time. If Michael ever chooses to do that he will be one bad A*# basketball player, until then he's just average in my book. Now enough on this kid lets move on, it's not good for the kids and it's not good for the team. So lets move on...

Sorry to hear about the accident I'm glad no one got hurt. After reading your post I thought about what I had posted earlier. I would like to publicly apologize to Michael. You never know what these kids are going through whether it be an accident, death, home life issues, you just never know. And at the end of the day they are just kids. Greenback has a big game coming up next week againt Wartburg I hope Michael is back to him old self. Again, I apoligize. After tonights game against Sunbright I disagree. #45 from Sunbright owned Titlow tonight and he is a nobody. Titlow is a good kid but I don't think you can put him on the list of "Knoxville's top players". Greenback is off to a rough start and I think they will struggle in their district/region. Don't get me wrong Titlow can look great at times but he's far from the other players on this list, whole different level. I'm not trying to be mean or single out a player just giving my honest opinion.

Yes I've seen Manassass play. I didn't bad mouth grace I stated the facts. I was referring to one of the earlier post comparing the east/west teams. And yeah I do believe if the Farragut game had gone 4 quarters Grace would have been destroyed football players or not. Don't make excuses take your lose like a man. Just because you've beaten us the past 2 years doesn't make me or Greenback submissiive to the the Grace Rams... you might live in the past but I don't. Greenback sports do alright with what they have to work with. We are a small community school and we compete with the best of the best in our district/region. Last year basketball was in the district and region championship games. Football this season lost in the 3rd round of the playoffs. Do I care if we lose to Grace? Of course I do but I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. I know that we practice hard, play even harder, we play with the players we have, and we do it all with CLASS and PRIDE!

Greenback plays AA and AAA teams as well but the the east teams are nothing compared to the west single A teams let alone the AA and AAA west teams. You guys got emberassed by Farragut the other night and I would almost bet if manassass played Farragut they would give them a run for their money probably even beat them; where Grace couldn't even compete. Yes GB lost to Oliver Springs just like in the scrimmage we had against them last season. We were and still are without several football players, 2 who are starters due to football playoffs. We'll be ok once we get our football players back, but I don't want to rush that I want to see them go as far as they can in the playoffs.

This is an honest question that deserves an honest answer. I don't know your affiliation with Grace. I don't know if you are a player, parent, coach, or staff member. But here's my question... do you REALLY think it's necessary to hang 79 pts. on a team like TSD? Seriously, we aren't going by the BCS standards what could this have possibly accomplished for Grace. Were you looking to take out your frustrations after losing to both Carter and Farragut. If that's the case take it out on somebody other than TSD. I mean come on the name says it all Tennessee School of the Deaf. I like the way Greenback plays TSD they use their second string and they let TSD leave with alittle pride. Why don't you guys take a lesson from the rednecks and show alittle class next time. It's funny you did the same thing to Oakdale in football... doesn't feel that great when you're on the other side now does it? GRACE RAMS= CLASSLESS!!!!
