I believe the boys region actually starts Friday. The girls Thrusday.

I believe that consolation game will be just as important, or more important, than the Chamionship game. I say this because the loser of the consolation game will have to travel to Boliver for the first round. I don't know much about the other district other than Boliver has pretty much dominated. I would say though that any team in our tourney would have a much better chance against the 2 through 4 teams from ther other district. Good Luck to 11AA!

most schools in the district are associated with the Dickson association. However, Stewart Co. and Mont. Cent. are associated with Clarksville. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I talked to his dad the other day and he said he isn't going to let him pitch. he says its too much of a risk, especially him getting collegiate offers.

If HHS wins Friday against Sycamore, isn't it up to Sycamore's coach to decide if he wants Harpeth to complete the game?

trey Cauthers put one down, right foot and hand (he's a righty) on a Fairview player. It was a one-on-one situation. It was nice. Kevin Giltner banged on a player from Montgomery Central last week. (2 feet, right hand). He had an open land to do it on a fast break, some kid ran under him and got Kevin's (gems) in his face. Its defintely one Wofford (whom Kevin signed with) will want to see.

If the Lexington hype is true then I don't see an 11AA team matching up with them. What starting positions graduated last year for LHS? I don't know enough about Boliver to give a prediction.

I don't know much about him, however, Clayton was very impressive against Harpeth last year. Look for him to be at the top of the charts in 11AA pitching.

As ksgovols has stated, the award probably shouldn't even be given. Each fan will want a player from his/her team to win so the question of "who wins the MVP award" should be ignored. Early Congrats to the winner. May the best one win.

First off I highly doubt that. Secondly wasn't even refering to that. I was refering to the MVP race which might come down to Harpeth vs. Sycamore game. at Sycamore.

This surprises me about Creekwood. I would have tought that since the "big dog for 11AA" lossed its core that they would be fired up to clinch a district championship. It's unfortunate that coach parker had to post something like that about this team. Creekwood has a great chance to win this if they buy into the system. I guess we'll see how effective coachrop's coaching strategy is.

thanks for the clarification. Stewart's coach was smiling as if he thought he got a time out on defense. Are most of Stewart's home games officiated like that?

this was the worst I've seen Harpeth play since getting embrassed by Cascade the first game of the year.
