He has to make those catches. He is talented and I've seen him make tough catches. I have also seen him drop catchable balls. They need him to make the catches.

I haven't seen Farragut play, only know their reputation this year. Coach Clark will have the team ready. They are hungry. In HS football, eliminate the turnovers and prevent the big plays and you have a great chance of winning. DB's receivers must catch the football. Ring threw a strike to JCrawford down the sidelines. Stephens made a play for the ball but JCrawford should have made the catch. That would have put the ball inside the 10. You have to make those plays.

Oak Ridge's QB looked lost throwing the out or fade pattern. He just heaved it for easy pickings, most of the time into double coverage. He had success throwing quickly to the wing but really struggled throwing it down the field.

Ring did have a good game. Managed the game well, no turnovers. D held Oak Ridge with no big plays. They had to earn everything. On the other hand, OR had 4 turnovers and gave up the big play on the 85 yard TD strike. Sensabaughs 14 yard run for a TD was pure grit. Db did have 5 first downs. 4/9 on third downs. Sensabaugh just under 100 yards but ran hard. The fumble by Dukart hurt, but he made up for it. Oak Ridge moved the ball well, #5 Stephens is a horse. He ran better as the game moved on. He had a wide open field on 4th and 4 but the field closed fast. QB let down OR tonight throwing the ball downfield in the first half. Sylvester had one pick and dropped another. DB starting field position was their own 44...OR was their 20. OR had to work harder. DB used the short field until the big play. High School Football...eliminate the turnovers and giving up the big plays and you can play with anyone. 4 turnovers killed OR.
