I'll just speak about Zion's region. Culleoka will be clearly the best team. Summertown and Moore County will fight for the other spot in the sub-state. All three teams have a ligit shot to get to Murfreesboro. I just don't understand why Summertown is not getting any love. They are the best team in district 12-A, with Collinwood and Mt. Pleasant competing for second.

Abby Andrews has got to be on that list. She just signed with MTSU.

What's the deal with Columbia athletics? That place is crawling with athletes and they haven't been competitive in either football or basketball in a couple of years. I think that entire athletic program needs a change at the top. The leadership starting at the AD spot is poor, then they should hire some coaches who will get that going.

I've seen every team in the district play either during summer camp or in the recent play days. Summertown has to be the clear favorite. I also feel that they are way underrated as far as getting to the state tournament. This could be as good of a team as Coach Trotter has had. Mount Pleasant and Collinwood will fight it out for the second spot. After that, there is a major dropoff.

When you put someone with a stroke like Oglesby around the athletic guards Clemson has, it is a great fit for the young man from Bradley County. He could have an outstanding career.
