i honestly think gp and cak would be a really close matchup. to close to predict. but well never know!

he was cleated in the hand in the 1st matchup between gp and cumberland gap. it got infected and they took him to the hospital and found out it had staph. i found out about an hour ago that they are prepared to cut his arm all the way up to his shoulder to get it stopped. its worse than it seems

just to let everyone know pittser has had a 4th surgery, and his hand is still laid open to let it heal.

i think thats ridiculous, our kids did not beat them to a pulp. that was my sophmore year and i played more in that game than the varsity did. LOL cause i jumped offsides (oops). but i think thats a stupid reason to put up 91 points on a 4-6 team at that time

no joke the refs pretty much walked 2 scores for them in. the newspaper writer even said that hes never seen officials try to change the game as much as those ones did. over 80 yards of penalties in the 2nd half? thats kind of ridiculous.

Just to claifry, yes pittser did have a 3rd surgery today and they are leaving an open incision in his hand to let it heal from the inside.....thats what his father told me at the game friday night. keep him in ur prayers. and yes staph is very bad in this area. being a firefighter and helping on the ambulance ive seen one person with staph in their lungs about 3 weeks ago and they are still in the hospital.

why would whats-his-face keep letting them score....70-0 at halftime? In Class 2A, the higher seeded team shall be the host school. If the two schools are the same seed, in odd-numbered years the top team in each bracket shall be the host team. In even-numbered years the bottom team in each bracket shall be the host team. so alcoa would host because 1, they are the top team in the bracket and #1 in the state so i guess its alcoa?.....because of that game we didnt even get a freakin banquet....just a senior plaque that i threw away and our jerseys ill probably give to my kid. i really kind of gave up after we lost to pigeon forge. i was amazed we won 3 more games after that......but oh well.

well i was a senior on the year we got beat 91-7. alcoa was and is still an amazing football team but rankin will not run up the score that much. 70-0 halftime was ridiculous. i watched rankin at riverdale when they played oak ridge @ oak ridge and i was surprised oak ridge beat them. rankin didnt drop off at any point when he took over at alcoa. im not going to make a prediction cause i have too much family including me that has been through this program so im keeping my mouth shut. and also, what smack has been said? thats what i want to know?
