  1. Panthers struggle with short field offense Godfriey sniffing 200 yards on the ground Panthers 4th and Goal from the 5 end of 3 — 17-14 Loretto
  2. 17-14 Panthers waste no time about a 50 yard screen pass TD
  3. All but a pick 6 for Loretto 1st and Goal turns into a FG 17-7 Loretto
  4. #26 should of had another big one — put it in cruise and gets caught at the 25 yard line Panthers inevitably come up short Loretto goes 96 yards on about a 6 minute drive 14-7 Loretto
  5. Mustangs 3rd drive looks more settled in Tidwell to Reynolds on a slant route easy TD Loretto 7-7 LC
  6. Panthers force a punt Sophomore lightning rod busts it for 87 yards— Panthers 7-0
  7. @vandy Well, when you put it like that, you’re absolutely right. Loretto will be locked in going into this spot
  8. Took some trick play heroics to get the Panthers a win last year — wouldn’t call this quite the upset here, I would think the Mustangs are favored here at home, tough place to get a win
  9. Lewis County has been pretty fortunate against teams with a lackluster special teams, punt teams in particular can’t deny that — LC has played solid all year in that 3rd unit
  10. Second game of the year against Fayetteville, Panthers were obviously up against it — never had rhythm or good field position, meanwhile Fayetteville sloppy and not too dynamic opted into their Run Based offense with #9 and just run right at you and what do you really do with that?? (McKenzie however will have an answer for that tonight I believe) Bully ball — similar to what Parsons tries to throw at us even in the last 4-5 matchups when you have past #90 from Parsons and not a whole lot you can do with it — matchups favored the team who could race to 14 and clearly in the region championship it took 15 to get it done. Smoking on that Black and Gold Panther pack in this one — taking the home team, won’t be a choke job or upset if Riverside answers the bell here, undoubtedly going to be a physical, competitive game — LC 20-14
  11. Adamsville is going to lay Buford Pusser sized wood against Richland.
  12. Lewis County’s schedule has been a low key gauntlet with a fortunate, yet explosive Community offense out the gate. Panthers backed that up into Fayetteville getting brought to earth early against the best team they will see all year. Handled the entire county of Hickman in multiple weeks, and boat racing Spring Hill coming down in class— stepping on the field should have been able to match us with athlete. This new era Lewis County offense, between Coach and QB1, this new coach has really got a fresh vibe from this team. Very efficient on offense to sustain long field positioning and short field >40, forget about it, it’s 4 down territory && have the big play capacity from 7, 11, 26 and 31 to score any given play with 16 delivering the football. Lewis County 44-21
  13. Anticipated this game to be a shoot out. Panthers D is getting better every week and this offense is clicking on all cylinders. Looking forward to this Friday night light matchup to be a good one. Panthers roll!
  14. Heck of a game by both sides. Proud of those guys in the black and gold. Don't hang your heads, y'all are WINNERS!! Good luck to CPA
  15. I guess your team isn't in the playoffs anymore this year????? Good talk However, regardless, if we win or lose, Private schools should be in their own classifications in my opinion, but that won't be an excuse
  16. I think they actually got on the News instead of in the playoffs this year.... 😂😂
  17. Good pressure from the D line IMO
  18. I don't know if them city boys like to play in the mud or not though....
  19. TSSAA is showing a Paul Adams Lineman CPA?
  20. Good hands.. Just an athletic kid in general.. Not very many receptions, idk precise stats, but he's reliable and I'm interested to see how they use him in this big game. Big time playersl for a BIG TIME GAME!
  21. Interested to see how line goes up against the Mr. Football finalist. Expecting a hard fought battle in the trenches.
