I’m going to ignore @Pizzpatriot2 just for the simple fact that I know kids of LC football team get on here and enjoy reading what people have to say. As far as game goes, LC will improve each week on certain things. They are young in many positions. Still some things to improve on and clean up. I know I counted 3 fumbles from each team just first half alone. If LC continues to improve then they can hang with anybody. But I still feel we are not there just yet. But overall a good win against a big physical team. Keep grinding LC

Great game by two good teams! This game is won at whoever’s field is played on, I think both teams are that evenly matched. Lewis shot themselves in the foot two times from the 5 and the 2 yd line not being able to punch it in, got to give Loretto defense credit on that. These type of games is what keeps fans like myself coming back for more tho. Glad to have watched it

It’s a coin flip for me on this one. Lewis has multiple sophomores and a couple freshman starting so I’m ready to see how they handle the pressure. Cause it’s going to get rowdy in Loretto Friday night

Yep, and we’ve noticed that one 0-8 team, two 3a teams and one .500 team are Page’s out of region teams on the schedule… Let it go!!

And as far as coach Sharp goes I believe he’s a really good coach. Would never take anything away from him and his success. He’s put so much time and energy into our program and we are thankful for that. I just feel each team is different and can be coached differently. This year being one of them and especially next year..

It just upsets so many of us to know we could be so much more versatile than what is showing. These juniors and a couple sophomores have been competing at top level for baseball since they were knee high. Know them all personally and can’t nobody tell me they can’t work mixing it up. There’s no confidence in doing it tho when giving that slim opportunity when there’s never been any belief in the passing game. And working on doing it the right way instead of running thru the motions once a week at practice.. these kids are too athletic not to mix it up and really drill it.

This is great.. going to do my part now. We’ve got to learn to ignore ignorance such as pizza dude and focus on more positive things like this. We don’t have time for stupidity

Yes, I’m a Lewis fan. Idk, I feel most teams could ask themselves this question at some point. We don’t always struggle in playoffs, it’s just sometimes we get beat by the better team that night.

I stay confused as well. Don’t know if it’s reverse psychology or what’s going on. But to each their own. Lewis is a 2 to 3 touchdown better team but can’t let Summertown get happy. If so then it will be a close game. If Lewis comes out mentally focused then they will win this game by 2+ touchdowns

Not a fan of polls but I guess it makes for conversation.. Do I think Lewis is a top 10 team? Yes, I do. But not sold on them being 3rd. Parsons is a top 10 team as well. As far as Summertown goes they have played two single A schools who are down and had a COVID win against another. And barely squeaked by one. You can throw Lewis, ST, Parsons, and Waverly in the mix of top 10 but still way too early to predict which one has the advantage at the moment.
