A new game, a new year...we'll see what happens. I know the East and West TN crowd will beat up on GP, but what else is new? Maybe its because GP is not a "one sport" school, or because its a "bunch of rich private school kids"...I'm not sure why people hate a team so much that CONSISTENTLY has stellar sports and academics. Also, I wouldn't have a handful of state championship rings from my time at GP if I listened to all of you. I would have tucked tail and ran, but we didn't and I'm proud of it.

GP will win 20-17 and move on to the next round.

I see this board is full of Peabody groupies. I hope they have an extra big bed on the back of their bus, otherwise its gonna be awful crowded for the 3 hour ride.

Attention armchair quarterbacks: Do you not think that both coaches will have their teams ready to play? Adjustments will be made by both teams to reduce their opponets strengths on both sides of the ball. As someone who has a handful of state championship rings from GP, I can GUARANTEE you that Coach Martin will have the defense fine tuned for Friday night. Same goes for Peabody. If teams did not have fantastic coaches and players, they would not have made it this far in the season. Time will tell who will come out on top, but I do know this will be a great game.
