I don't know as much about Grundy. Some I do know of are:
1. Daryl Brown was a man inside. He could always pass well for a bigguy. I haven't spoke with him since his daughter got married a couple of years ago. Hope he is still doing good.
2. Tommy Ramsey was the same age as my son. Could stop on a dime and hit a jumper.
3. Lebron Coffelt was a man to. I remeber that I couldn't stand him when he played. shows how good he is.
4. Mark Tate was as close as unstopable as there was in his day. I remeber seeing him in 8th grade and knowing we were in for a long four years.
5. The Lewis kid was a tragic loss. I remember him more in football than basketball but he was a kid who was goning to be great. I would have loved to have seen more of him.
6. Nick Bryant was a head knocker but wasn't on Daryl's level. Daryl had more size and a better attitude. always killed us.
7. Chase Johnson was in a charity tournament down here a few years back against some good compitention. the best player out of about 100 boys.
8. Jeremy Rose I remeber but nothing really impressed me about him. Was good but not earth shattering.
9. Ricky Meeks was a guy who I always liked watching play. aggressive and a good leader. I hear he is still coaching. what a character who always has that big smile on his face.
10. Steven Roberts I caught his last 2 years at Grundy. was a spark plug.
I don't know much about Grundy so this is going to be off.
