i need the down low on FRA cross country... best times and finishes... im completely out of the loop and i feel bad for not following them more closely this year

1. Mahanney (hands down) 2. Cole 3. Coniglio 4. Musick (if hes healthy) 5. Kaiser (if he lays off the cigs) 6-10 -wasserman -smith -snyder -mccasslin does anyone remember when FRA was a lock for top 3... anyway i wouldnt completely count them out 1. USJC 2. MLK 3. M.C.

ill be honest FRA has a few good runners left but its definately not enough they were dissappointed with the unfortunate 6th place finish this year but this year i would think they would take it with open arms we had 4 solid runners last year if we all had a good day at state we could of done some major damage to bad

nope he is retired as is the rest of the FRA 4x800 now

1st leg- 2:05 2nd leg- 2:08 3rd leg- 2:05 Anchor- 2:00 It was something like that If you take FRA's 4x800 from last year and Station Camp's 4x800 this year Who wins that race? Ya im a senior if only my running career began earlier I would actually be able to compete and perhaps beat Johnson or Mahaney once in my life (I am a failure)

Matt King will pull the most epic upset in history... hes taking the 3200 and the mile not to mention David Smith taking the 800 just watch its gonna happen(probably not but that would be awesome) but i really do think there will be an upset somewhere in there

is Memphis Mitchell a runner? or a team? either way never heard of them

DL takes the cake in Middle Section that 1-2 punch in the 200 does the trick everytime its a real heartbreaker too 18 points at the end of a meet

rogers is gonna do the dirty on every poor soul at that meet.. i honestly dont think anyone from any division could rival him and the 3200 was nasty and those who qualified for state were lucky to make it out of section with that field.. that could of been the state meet if you add Cole and Coniglio
