LV was always a team i ejoyed playing because of how competitive and knowledgeable they are of the game... and as for that weak district over there, every team in it would struggle to go .500 in 6AA.

polk over marion isn't gonna happen. the warriors have been here many many times before and coach roberts knows how to when in the post season... marion by 3+ runs.

i believe DCA beat upperman but not sure bout the score. This is the 3rd year and Baylor has beat Marion in the finals both years.

Would have been a Great Championship day to end a weekend of great Baseball for the Sequatchie Valley Classic. Unfortuately mother nature got in the way. Games today were canceled but this is truly a good tournament that gets better every year with teams starting to come from all across the state! Congrats to Tullahoma, Marion, franklin Co., and Baylor for winning there pools.

Game times are cst at marion County High School......10-Baylor v. Tullahoma at 1215 Marion County v. Franklin County....The winner of those play in the finals at approx. 230!

Gargantuan is right. All of the mountain boys are from Marion County except for the Guyears whose cousin is the baseball coach and once was the basketball coach. So, along with getting away from the politics in Grundy, why would they not go to Marion? Ladd and Kopek went because Ladd's dad was once the coach. However, I can't speak on behalf of the boys at Marion who came from So. Pitt. I'm sure they have similar reasons. Is that good enough for ya Mr. Gargantuan Blast From The Past?

you sure have a sequatchie county knowledge of baseball. a coach never calls a game on account of weather. as for the baseball gods, (marion did dodge one) they tend to favor programs like marion with all they have accomplished.
