  1. McCallie scrimmaged Boyd last year in a pre-season game. While it is not a real game, everyone still treats it like one on the field. I also believe Baylor played them last year in season... Brad Gibson (CCS Goalie) kept CCS in the game not only this year, but he did this last year vs. McCallie and I am sure countless other opponets as well. He is really good. Other than that, I do not think the 1-0 score reflects the game.
  2. final McCallie 1 - Dalton 0
  3. Those are bold predictions but as a soccer fan myself, it is easy to agree. These will be great games. Every team will be ready to play.
  4. McCallie always has a hard schedule. It is the other teams that do not want to play them. They travel all over the South to find competive teams to play like Grissom High School and Westminster. CCS McCallie will be a great showcase of each team's talent.
  5. I have been to a few of McCallie's games and their field is alot better than CSAS's. Also, I am sure the Tornados will be fully prepared and aware of the few potential offensive attacks that Baylor brings. Also, McCallie will be sure to have their starters in the whole time vs. Dalton, Baylor, CCS and Webb. I am sure McCallie will be aware of the attacks that they are going to face and will not shy away from the ball or the player. These will be great games and teams to watch. I look forward to seeing some great soccer and some great players like Zander Davis and Kelly Smith from Baylor, Cartter Kerr and Max Crabtree from McCallie, the strong uprising freshman class of CCS and Osvaldo from Dalton. I also was glad to see David Wilson at the CCS Catholic game. He is a great player and a great kid. Contiune to keep him and the Wilsons in your prayers.
  6. Catholic is extremely dominate in the midfield and number 8 is very good with the ball. They also bring up their defenders a lot to get involved with the play. This team has a lot of potential and will go far in state. CCS did very well to hold of their strong attack for 90% of the game. It is obvious that CCS is well coached.
  7. Thank you for telling us when the game will be played. I will be there and cheering for Webb.
  8. McCallie has three very big games coming up in the next two weeks and after a solid 3-0 halftime lead, it was time to be careful in the wet conditions and play some subs. This is a very dominate team with a lot of potential in state play. CCS and Baylor should not be confident after both loosing to Catholic.
