They need to come out fast and hard to put this game away and make some noise in the playoffs....two teams that worry me after Boyd....and we all know who that is....lol

Come now Ambassador, I cant tell all my inside sources but a little TSSAA official that was at the game said a certain Judge was refing that game. I mean someone can tell me if he was wrong, like I said, I wasn't at the game.

Hmm, I had a long drawn out speech about the above highlighted shot at MC but I'm going to keep that one to myself. I understand they're some posters from both MC and SP that say things they shouldn't or bring names into comments that are down right wrong. I am not one of those posters and never will be. Now, I don't see Marion County losing this game. I believe they make it passed Boyd and there fine outstanding young men. Without a Emory or Beasly on the field to take down Zeaman I see him having a field day on the Swamp field. Besides, let them focus on him all night and they will see what else Marion has to win a game. Prepare for a cold one fans, bundle up and stay warm come Friday night. Looks like its going to be a cold one again. Marion wins again and continues on to the next game! Oh and good luck to your mighty Pirates Friday night. Don't think you'll have a ex SP graduate refing that game though....lol

Missed last weeks feud but I don't intend on missing this weeks. Marion should have no problems with this game. I see Marion making it passed this team and Boyd. After that its a wait and see...

I'm here, after a 16 hour road trip I have been a little tired. Didn't get to watch or listen to last Fridays game but congrats on the win. I said it would be a uphill battle for MC. Now, don't know anything about the team coming up but I think MC pulls off the win! Welcome to the playoffs boys!!!!!

I think a lot of teams wished they had a rivalry like South Pittsburg and Marion County has. Not to many teams can have the history that both of theses schools have. Great to have that in the Valley!!!!

I take it I lost mine a long time back...I must admit it was hard at first but now it just comes natural to say Marion County. I mean, that's what the sign says out front anyway... I've said my peace on this game, now sitting back reading all the hoop la.....lmbo Guess we will find out the real winner when the game is over....

Imo, I worry about Marion stopping Mitchell more than Langkford ( I know that's probably misspelled!). I've only seen your team play once this year and noticed your QB gets happy feet when pressured and tends not to throw that good on the run. So I'm hoping Marion (Jasper) can get some pressure on him all night...Just my opinion though.

Imo, yes Marion (Jasper) hasn't really been tested this year but have come together as a team and are doing what is needed to win ballgames. To me that's what makes them a good team. Now, like another poster said, that odd shaped ball sometimes bounces kind of strange. Do I think Marion (Jasper) will need a few mistakes by the Pirates to help them out...YES! Imo, if the Warriors keep this game close till the fourth I can see the Warriors winning but if they let it get out of hand in the first half its game over. Good luck to both teams, leave it all on the field and play with pride and respect for both schools. No injuries because I see both going deep in the playoffs....

Marions line has improved a lot over the season....that's a lot of meat up front. Zeaman didn't get all those yards by running on his own. Walters hasn't been touched much this year so Id say they're pretty darn good. Defense is the same, big ole boys that stop up holes while LBs eat QBs for lunch.....now with that said, Ive only seen SPs line once this year against LV. Im surely not going to base them off that one game. According to a friend that attended the Polk game, they came alive in the second half and did their damage. Like ive said from the beginning, uphill battle for Marion. Just hope they can play and keep it close to make it a good game. Hope both teams are injury free and have a good run in the playoffs....

Now I can see your point in all this but SP will have the same determination to beat Marion as Marion has to beat SP. This is going to be a battle in the trenches with a little air attack. Hope your prediction holds but its going to be a up hill battle for Marion. Was told Polk pretty much dominated the first half but after halftime I was told SP came out and just whipped up on them Polk boys. Besides, Miller had to be tough to bring down and he has some size advantage over Zeaman. Hopefully his lower center of balance will cause some of the blows to slide off but its going to be a hard hitting game.......

Uh starters in in the fourth quarter, sorry my friend but your wrong on that one! My boy is a freshman and he played almost the last of the third and all the fourth. Your showing your age with that comment....I'm not going to tell you that this want be a uphill battle for Marion but you better listen to PM and D60. Our running game and passing has improved since the first of the year. As I said earlier, hate that I'm going to miss this match up.....good luck to both teams!
