Geeezus... Y'all are gotta be kidding me right! Next thing you know they will be having a diaper league traveling team. I can just see it now some coach calling the parents to tell them they are cutting their 6 yr old. Please let the kid have a childhood, and let him try other sports as well you might be surprized at what he is actually good at.

H'mmm, sounds like you guy's are going to have a solid team this year. Who knows? a couple of those 180 or 190 average guys might step it up a notch to a 200 average things could get interesting come Tournament time. Hey good luck, and good bowling!!

Well I am going to get back on the topic here and pick Brandon Barnes and Aaron Davidson to battle it out. Both really bowl well in that house so I am going to put the Monkey on their backs lol...

I'm just wondering, are y'all talking about the district or the regional championship. I want make a pick as who will win I don't know what Siegel has coming back. If it is the regional title then where does Columbia end up in the region, and who wins and hosts the sub-state and who travels to Chattanooga to face either Soddy Daisy, or Walker Valley winner. I would like for somebody to fill me in on siegel, and what they are looking like this year. I do know Matt Roberson is their top bowler who else???

Yeah, what's up with the rumors about Hixson going Co-ed. The girls was competing for the State Championship about 6 months ago. If they go co-ed this year I doubt they will have either a girls or boys teams next year. Hixson needs to recruit Kids now that wants to give bowling a try. They are out there, disgrunted with the politics that dilute's some sports, or just burned out on other sports. It is really sad to see the rich tradition that several former players left behind to just toss in the towel. Two words for Hixson (RECRUIT REBUILD). Luv2Bowl, I can understand your excitement about this group of Soddy Daisy girls. They are very young and talented and have alot of heart. Look for Sam and Sara to lead the way! but your big surprise's will be freshman Niki Bell and up and coming sophomore Lindsay Wright. This will be a fun year for Soddy Daisy fans the district is now wide open for the taking, just watch out for Notre Dame. Good luck Trojans!!!

Hendersonville, and White Station will have a couple good girls in the mix also Brittany Marcum of Hixson, Shannon Smith of Notre Dame, and Sara Merritt of Soddy Daisy. I'm pretty sure Hardin County will have a good bowler back, sorry I don't know their names, would some of their fans please post their names and give them well deserved regonition. I will have to go with Hendersonville and White Station as the top girls teams this year.

O.K corrrect me if I'm wrong here guys. I am going on hear say as far as Hixson's state title game. I actually had the privilage of watching Columbia win their State Championship. Roger King shoots 671 O.K I think Columbia's 6th bowler shoots like 560 or 570. That would give Hixson 100 plus sticks and total team points to my thinking. I did not take in consideration of the stats because I heard Hixson did alot of subbing in the third game of the Championship when they wrap it up in the second game. One of the subs shoots a 120 game and others shoot sub par. HOWEVER, I think the shot was easier for Hixson, then it was for Columbia. So Arron, Michael I am going to change my Decision and give you guy's the nod, Columbia 14 Hixson 13. I do not mean any disrespect to both schools. I'm a fan of both schools maybe a little bias to Hixson I went to school there a few years ago (cough). However both teams are State Champions which is all that matters and nobody can ever take that away from you guys. Thanks for the fun topic and Good Luck and Good Bowling!!

I would have to give it to Hixson nipping them 14-13 due to the fact that, "Roger King", Hixson's 6th bowler, bowled a 700+ series in the state finals
