I actually did give you guys credit right after the game, didnt talk about injuries, penalties, or anything else. One HC poster got all bothered because people who are NOT even Springfield fans gave them credit for not buckling and coming back and making a game out of it. There is one of you guy's posters that constantly reaches for excuses every game. I watched the pass interference play a few times, there was contact, nothing blatant but it could be called imo, anyway whatever. HC played a great game and earned the dub. I have no issues with the majority of you guys from HC, but the excuse makers and ones trying to pick a fight on the inet I could do without...

You always call it like you see it and give credit where credit is due. Whether it’s good or bad for your team. I’m always quick to tip my hat to a tough team as well win or lose.  Injuries and mistakes happen, they’re part of the game and teams have to play through that stuff.

I gave you guys credit..... but your passing defense got exposed BAD and now everyone knows your weakness... which i saw in film prior to the game. I like your QB and OL but outside of that there's nothing......

If you would like to talk about calls and if's #3 for springfield dropped 2 INT that led to Henry touchdowns...... And 76 holds everyplay..... And we had a touchdown and big punt return called back due to the smallest calls... You have a good team as always, everyone knows that, but this isn't the 2012 patriots, you have weaknesses and they were exposed. You got the win but you were exposed. When your corner and DB look at each other and shake their heads they know they're in trouble.

YOU WON THE GAME AND REGION YOU DON'T NEED A PAT ON THE BACK.........

Good luck to Springfield, my apologies for upsetting you.

Speaking on last week the Jackets *As i predicted all week and got bashed* couldnt run past Henry db's ALL NIGHT LONG!

The Jackets out rushed Henry and won the turnover battle, take away that big throw on the first possession when our backup safety was in because #7 had yet to enter the game, Henry really did nothing to wow you.

Jackets just killed themselves in the first half. Henry as always a Good discipline football team that i pray we see again! I've seen a few Munford games... They can't keep up....... <_<

On the subject of Beech.... Crenshaw killed them last year with his legs and we did very little passing in the game which kept the game close 14-0 when it could have easily been more before Beech coaches realized they could just power I it down our throat.

If the Jackets can manage the Henry rushing attack behind that wall of a OL, they can very well manage against this bunch. Jackets have to start fast, spread the ball around to our athletes and don't make stupid turnovers and the result leaving Hendersonville Friday night may surprise you all........

It’s just too hard to give HC much credit? I have yet to see anyone mention the phantom pass interference call that kept the game tying drive on third and very long going.  Maybe we can be on Springfield’s level if another match up happens.

Paducah Tilgjman is a lot like us in the fact they welcome a tough schedule to prepare them for the playoffs. I seen them at the jamboree and was very impressed. They will bring the fight to Henry County. Since this game doesn't affect the region, Coach Counce, can we run ONE trick play this game???

It’s going to be a tough game. HC has several major contributors out with injury from my understanding.

Depends on who you ask I suppose. I thought Beech controlled the game and it could have been 2-3 scores. A couple of plays and very questionable officiating (5-6 “penalties” on one drive resulted in a FG with all the momentum, a TD called back on an offensive face mask by our RB resulting in a turnover on downs, and our infamous 6 yd punt) made the score closer than what it felt like, but that’s football I suppose. Could have easily been 37-14.

An HC DB also dropped an INT close to the goal line that resulted in points for Beech. Beech won and that’s what matters at the end of the day.

FACEPALM! It’s to much to type and explain play by play so go back and look at the first drive after halftime. Start at 1:37:30. Boyd getting hurdled and diving at cleats three times. 87 not much of a factor. 87 is LDE and 3 is FS on same side. Jackets made adjustments at halftime and was back to themselves as they marched right on down the field before those injuries.   87 looks to have got hurt by own player laying on ground. It’s miraculous for HC that Devon over threw some recievers and gave a gift right before halftime. HC dbs were a step behind Jacket recievers. I hope both of those kids are alright! Lord willing we’ll see yall again!!!

The HC defensive pressure caused that mistake by your quarterback. I’ll never understand why it’s so hard for opposing teams fans to give credit. I’m not talking about my team only just in general. Your QB had to rush some of his missed passes because of pressure. I will always give the opposing team credit when they beat us.

  7. I’m sure the thread will be slow this week since they are a Kentucky team. I did watch them play at the jamboree in Paris and they looked good. However, the opponent was average at best. They have a 3-3 record but 2 of the losses are from historically very good KY teams. HC needs to heal up but I think HC finds a way to win this one.

I was proud of the Jackets for not packing it in at the half after the pick 6 to close out the 2nd qtr. They came out in the 2nd half and played a much better game. Jackets D more than held their own tonight. Only gave up 14 pts to a VERY GOOD HC team in 4 quarters. I also thought it said ALOT abt the Jackets D that the HC OC didnt run #0 behind #76 with #36 as a lead blocker when all he needed was 3 yards. Being that he scored, great play call and execution by HC. If he doesnt score, EVERY HC fan on here is asking why he didnt do what I would've done 100 times out of 100 times with those 3 guys.

The Patriots won and are happy right now, but it wont be a comfortable bus ride back to Paris for several of their players, especially when they get off that bus after riding for 2 hrs.

RollRed and crew, y'all gonna need to have an extra ice tub delivered to the fieldhouse before they get home!

Great game HC! Hopefully we can return the favor in November when it counts even more!

I imagine Springfield has several sore players in the morning as well.

Whale of a ball game tonight! Congrats to HC. Despite his poor play in the 1st Half, Crenshaw was still the best player on the field tonight. The Patriots may be more talented overall. Springfield will see Henry County again. I hope the game is as competitive,

Crenshaw is very good but he wasn’t the best player on that field tonight. We can agree to disagree on that.

2 important starters on D getting hurt in the 3rd didn’t helped HC at all. However, Springfield came to play in the second half. Hats off to Springfield, they got dominated in the 1st half and could’ve gave up. It till some *** to go for 2 and call that play with the game on the line.
