First off let me congratulate the Devils. They played an outstanding first half. And don't chew me up and spit me out for asking this but does anyone else think the refs were a bit one sided tonight /ph34r.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":ph34r:" border="0" alt="ph34r.gif" /> ? But none the less great game all around. But Momma Devil, I have to disagree with you when you said that sheppard was overrated. He was injured on the first drive for the Vikings where he reinjured a lingering knee problem that has plagued him all year. But hats off to Xavier King for stepping up big tonight and helping with the ground game. And Taylor Harmon, you showed dedication while playing with what was clearly a painful injury. But you kept going and you played Great. I can honestly say this was one of the best games I have been to in a while. Your boy Hall is a player. He is a real strong runner with great mobility. and #2? He can play some ball too. We showed up flat in the first half but credit the Vikings for not giving up. You Vikings players and Seniors have nothing to hang your head about. You all exceeded every expectation that was made at the beginning of the year. Tonight was just bad first half. But shake it off. Youll be back next year. To all of the Seniors, thank you for the dedication that you have given to THE Viking program. I wish you all the best of luck in your futures. Great game tonight to both sides!!! Congrats Devils!

After the way the Viking Offense performed tonight, and the way that Greenville allowed Betsy to stay in the game, Im going to have to go with Tennessee High 35 and Greeneville 21. Good all around game but it is going to come down to T.O.P and I think with the Viking ground game the Devils will have a hard time getting their offense on the field to score points. IMO

That's a tougher question to answer. I think it all depends on how this season ends. If we can somehow win out and finish at a .500 team i think he will probably be back. That is unless the new coach says otherwise but I don't think that, given chavis' defensive stats, the new coach will give him up. I think that they will give him a chance under the new system to see how his scheme fits in with theirs. I just hope that we can return to the Powerhouse that is Tennessee Football.

To be competitive in the SEC we need people like, and i don't think you all know how much this eats me inside to say this but, we need people like Meyer, Richt, Miles, or *gulp* Satan...err...i mean Saban. We need someone like these guys.

Boyd is a good fit for the spread. 6-foot 208 lbs with a 4.6 forty. He doesnt have a bad arm either. I hope we can get him in here, get him a little quicker and running the new offense. My prediction for coach....hmmm....Pete Carroll?!?!? A man can dream can't he? I just hope we get a young coach who knows what it takes to win in the SEC. Someone with drive and passion for the game and is a recruiting genius. Its a sad day on rocky top but we have to move forward. Lets get us another national championship in here soon!

They just dont understand Couch...I've tried to tell 'em but I guess they're gonna gave to find out the hard way. The only thing I am comparing about you all is the lack of respect that the passing offense of THS gets. It doesnt matter the talent that you all have back there, its about the scheme that you all will bring to THE Castle. If you come in with the mindset that we can only run the ball and decide to play half-a** coverage on us, Harmon will throw the ball. Or, if need be, if your defense is playing man and they bite hard on the play action, he can and will run the ball. Please DO NOT take this post as me comparing the talent level of you all to that of the Centrals or JCs. All I am trying to do is say that if you underestimate Harmon, or the speed of our receivers, you will get burned. So once again, do not take this as a post of disrespect for that is not how it is intended. This is to inform. Thats it.
