Ok, maybe I am wrong but was there not a TD called back in Hardin Co game too? If not, then there have been many very long plays that have been called back.

Sorry, I dont agree...we have had several big plays this year get called back because of penalities, some our fault...some the refs. Its just so far we have gone ahead and scored anyway so we forget about the flags. That may not be the case from here on out.

Yeah, justified or not, this seemingly too often trend for us have TD's called back because of penalities is becoming great concern of mine as they likely will make a difference from here on out.

Take my word for this visionaire.....its not just the qb and fb to worry about....there is a junior rb that is doing some amazing things as well....HC TRUELY has a 3 headed monster behind the offensive line.

Just wandering if there is any team we've played this year that had a defense comparable to Fairleys?

Well then, since the game playing is starting here....Henry County has scored 509 points so far with that monster....but the defense has only given up 91(and most of those were by the reserves in the second half after that running clock had started. Just an FYI back at cha.

No one thus far has been even close to being able to stop Henry Countys offense. With that in mind, how would you compare Fairleys defense to say that of Kingsburys and/or Munfords?

Just wondering if anyone else noticed the representative from U of Florida standing on the sidelines Friday nite? Everytime Marsalis did "his usual thing" he would shake his head in amazement.

Very classy post MHS....we both obviously have top notch teams, and I think there are many who hope this games gets to occur. Adding class and mutual respect from the fans will only make this matchup all the better....if it gets to happen that is....

To Chaos, Drew, Advisor, and any other Henry County fan(s)....a little advice....you all have been posting on here for quite a long time and "pot stirrers" like like Dead Warrior are nothing new. They like to see if they can raise our blood pressures for their own gratification. He is probably someone like FastCat disquised under another name acting like he is from Henry County. I hypothesize this cause if he was a true Henry County fan, he would certainly be more biased like the rest of us. I speculate his true hometown team stunk this year and he is simply jealous. But, if he is truely a former coach who lives in Henry County, then I suppose he is still jealous... over the success of the Henry County program, likely due to his lack of success on the field himself. He will say he is just being truthful....but how can he bash the other Region 7 teams as being so terrible with the only evidence being that Henry County beat them all so easily? Sounds like he is anti-Region 7 to me....if so, then he can't be pro-Henry County.

Well now.....I came on here to get fired up about the Big Red, and I found Henry Co fans conducting a chat version of the Jerry Springer show. Ignorance is bliss amongst the "self righteous." I got an idea....we are near the end of the regular season. The Patriots are having an amazing season. Lets support them by finding a common ground. We can beat each other up later.

Henry County would not be the talk of West Tennessee without Marsalis Teague. Anyone who has seen them play this year knows that he is just magical at his position at quarterback. Everytime the ball is snapped you just hold your breath expecting him to do something amazing. And, it safe to say that he is probably equally as good as a defensive back as well though that gets overlooked since he is not needed defensively as much this year. Yep, he gets my vote hands down.

I havn't been on here near as long as some of you, but this is the best post I've read so far. There are some like this character(and FatCrap) whose team stinks this year, so they get some twisted kick out of trying to tear down those who are succeeding. Just remember the "outta towners" who post our tread who can be critical but humble and truthful when appropriate like the YANKER.....hey YANKER, set ScoreCorps straight would ya?

Yeah, you can get your pass at the admission gate....a 10 dollar bill should cover it....you can stand over by the fence that separates the football and baseball fields behind the the few thousand people standing there, and listen to announcer to find out what is going on in the game.

Yeah Chaos....you are right....my bad...been out of town for a few days so had to put my two cents in on Rattrap for really no reason worth the effort. I agree, you never look past an opponent....but this should certainly not be much of a challenge for our boys....lets just hope our starters can get back in the swing of things after the week off without any of them getting hurt before the 1st half ends....HC 48 T 7
