Records do mean something. That shows that Lipscombs success is not a fluke. It shows that the Mustangs overall have one more that twice the games schools from the east have against them. Nothing deceiving about that.

I cant speak for Lincoln County but DL wont scheduele Giles for the first game because they have played Greenbrier for the first Friday night of the season for years. Not because of the returning players that has nothing to do with it. Giles County will have a great team next year for sure! Good Luck to the Bobcats!

I cant speak for all the fans but im sure when it comes to the players friday night humbled them alot. The Mustangs remember their last match-up with Mitchell and they know Mitchell is a great team and is capable of beating them. I think the Mustangs get the win but im not sure how easy it will be...

that is not only disrespectful.. its pathetic. that is absurd the band would not stay for the end of what sounded to be a great game and hard fought on both sides. congrats to page on a great season! im pulling for the mustangs but im not quite sure what my prediction is yet. for the mustangs to win.. they have to get the offense on the field. last time giles completely controlled the clock with an unstoppable ground game. if this happens the second time around the bobcats will come out with the victory. also, the mustangs will need to lay the pads on Bo early and continue throughout the rest of the game. Bo is the best athlete the mustangs have faced and is capable of changing the course of the contest. the mustangs are playing there best ball of the season so far but will need to bring there A games on friday to get the win. no doubt. whichever team wants this one more will move on to the semi-finals. bobcat fans i wish you all a safe trip to and from green hills on friday night and good luck to both teams and hopefully neither side will have any injuries! aslo, dedicated 62.. what streaks have the bobcats broken? not at all a smart remark just a serious question.

bo is the key no doubt... and if page stops him from running they will win this game. bo is the reason giles hung with and could have beaten the mustangs. he was the reason for giles dominating the time of possession which is why the game was so close. had that not happened it would have been a comfortable win for the mustangs. if page stops bo they WILL (not might) win this game. but bo is a superb athlete and i think he will play great just as he has all season. i would put my money on a strong effort by page but the bobcats coming away with the win and facing lispcomb or lexington next week. im going to agree with you that i also agree i think the tornados would come out on top. i dont no if they could "wax" them though. i really think it would be an exciting game that would be decided by less than 2 touchdowns either way. but its not something that will happen so its hard to say either way. i dont see any team in alcoa's way this year. i think they should go ahead and engrave their names on that gold ball!
