McCurry will be announced today! He loves rebuilding once sucessful programs. Moore Co., Marshall Co. and Ripley Miss. He will do a great job and the kids will love him.

I have been a fan of Tullahoma football for many years, I think the coaches all want what is best for the program. I would have done some things different but the success of the program speaks for it's self. The only thing that I would like to acknowledge is that Tullahoma has had success in years past competing at the highest level of competition. We have been to the semi-finals two times and lost to the eventual state champion both times (Oak Ridge 1979 & Jefferson County 1987). The coaches of these teams are still coaching. One (Coach Joe Gaddis) has won a state championship and the other (Dan Bland) has been to the semi-finals many times. Most of the players of these two teams will tell you that they respect these men today. The thing that both taught is do not make excuses. Play the game hard, compete and good things will happen. All I would say to the current staff concerning their post season record is if you do things the same way you will get the same results, maybe a slightly different approach in preparation for the post season would result in a different outcome. There is no tommorrow in the post season like there is in the regular season.

I play for tullahoma so i've played beech and maplewood...i think we matched up better to maplewood thats why we were winnin at halftime but let it slip away ...beech is one dimentional they run the ball and if you stop the run you win...the only reason they can pass is because they have so much success runnin the ball...they have no defence but maplewood does..it will be close at half but maplewood wins it by ten

Yea, Hang in there ELA you only had 24 scored on you and lost to a 1&4 - 4A team that was averaging 11 points per game. Maybe next week!

I played for Tullahoma in 1977-1979 in Tullahoma coach Gaddis was the off. cord., we made it to the semi-finals and lost to Oak Ridge. Coach Bland was head coach, now at Hoenwald. I would do any thing for those guys. I coached for coach Gaddis in Tullahoma 1983-1987 in Tullahoma, again losing in semis to Jeff Co. Coach Gaddis then went to Oak Ridge and won a stste Champ. I was at the Fairley and Maplewood games last year in the play-offs. Please tell coach Gaddis that Paralta said hello and wanted to know if Benetee is doing o.k.
