Blesoe lost 7 players. I have not herd anything about the team this year, but in my opinion they will be fine this year if they work hard and keep their heads up. As far a the coach...I have herd no news. I hope she will be able to be there. Best of luck Lady Warriors!

I think it all comes down to if Bledsoe's line can hold their own tonight and if bledsoe can play their game the WHOLE game. In the past we have been known to be a first half team. Hopefully this year it will be different. Good luck Warriors!

No doubt in my mind that these lady warriors will come out on top. Dont get me wrong it will be a great game but i think we will prevail. GO WARRIORS!

They lost by one in the last few seconds. These girls cannot start to try to come back in the last few mins even though they did it but fouled in the last few seconds. It will be a different story friday against grundy. The win against East Ridge was a good thin for the team though.

Yes this is there first district game and they are pumped up from wat I have herd. Although they messed up and lost to meigs, which is a team they should of have been no problem, i think that was a wake up cal to alot of players on their team.

Lookin for a win these girls need to start in the district strong this year!

To my knowledge they only have 1 big point scorer for them and another girl who did not do so good against us because of a knee injury, but I have herd that she has gotten stronger. They are both guards though and as far as I know they do not have any post that really stand out.

Im still optimistic and from what I have herd Van Buren only has 1 girl that scored alot against us that is still there. No perdiction on a score but a win for bledsoe.

I think that the talent has been there but the problem was the combinations. This year there are 6 or 7 seniors who have played together sense they were little. Don't get me wrong there is talent in the younger classmen as well. And it also helps that all but a couple players played AAU this summer. We are also faster than we have been in the past few years. For tonight, I am feeling a win /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> GOOD LUCK LADIES!!!

We lost to last night by 23 points. Although we had them at one time by 11. If we would of came out playing hard the first quarter like we did the rest of the quarters there is no doubt in my mind we would have won. The things I saw that we did fairly well at: 1) we handled to press very well 2) we were semi patient on our offence but i think it was mainly first game jitters. But like every team and every game there is always some things that need some improvement....boxing out, playing help side, and last night we couldnt buy a lay-up. But I think we should all get behind these ladies and cheer them on to win the district because I think they can take it this year. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

The Games with Them has been moved to Thursday the 20, but the Warriors and Lady Warriors play Connon Co. tomorrow night at the Hall of Fame. Im not really sure who i think will win this one. But how they do tomorrow night will determine the tempo of the rest of the season for me. Good luck ladies!!

I do not know why she did not play some one had said it was because of softball but i do not know for sure.

Well there was only 8 players that went tand they all got a good amount of playing time. The seniors were Sarah Collier, Cassie Yeargan, Lacey Crabtree, Marlana DeBord, and Elizabeth Fonville. Treaonna Bridgman was the only junior and the two sophomores were Kalynn Moore and Shelby Nale.

The freshman and sophomores and some juniors went to Walker Valley on Saturday. The seniors and others went to Franklin Co. to play in a play day. Lots of college scouts were there lookin at different teams. Our girls played very well considering we played AAA schools. They beat Oakland but they lost to Tullahoma and Richland.

Their first game is November 25 against Van Buren at home, but they play in the Cannon Co. Hall of Fame on the 18th of November if I am not mistaken. The first day of offical practice is Monday. All of the girls are back except for the girls who run Cross Country but their last day is Thursday unless a runner makes top ten. From what I have herd these girls are playing well together this year. And yes there was only two seniors that graduated last year and only one of those was a starter. Last year the starting 5 was pretty much set except for one spot which flipped flopped around between three different girls. So this year I'm seeing two different combinations just depending on if Coach T plays Treaonna Bridgman as a post or a guard. The freshman that came up for us have tallent and I think by the end of the year we might could see them with a good amount of playing time. For starters, I have no connections with the boys basketball team(just the girls), and i agree i think what those boys deserve is a chance to be the best they can be. I can remenber Mark's basketball pratices...playin 21 and runnin over plays. I also dont think that it is fair that he gets the job cause he was the middle school coach and cause his dad is well liked. I think that the high school should hire someone who is not from here and does not know anyone from here. But to whoever gets the spot..BEST WISHES! (They sould do that with alot of sports) Back on topic. I have the highest hopes for our boys this week even though I don't think we will pull out with a win. But no matter what play hard and no matter what happens never give up because we are WARRIORS!!!

Ok, I just got all my facts straight. I was the belt whipping and ice and I agree no excuse.

From what I have herd today there are about 4 of our main starters that are supposed to be involved. If these alligations are true then it was said that that they would be out for three games. I agree that they should be punished if it is true, but this also means that these players will miss the Dunlap game. And for some of those players it will be the last time they will ever play Dunlap. On the other hand, I have herd from a realiable source that these players did not 'haze' the younger players. It is a part of being a younger classman to get picked on, I know I sure did. If those players that were acused were jus picking on them then the younger classman just need to grow up and show some backbone and take up for themselves. As far as the game goes, I think it will be a loss for our boys in blue. But good luck warriors, play hard!

Ok so this is my opinion...I think that everything that has went on at school this past week had an effect on everyone on the team. I saw fighting on the field during the game(and thats def. something that does not help any sitution) between players on our BC team. And for some of our players.....lets jus say that some of them looked like they were moving in slow motion. And some of our recievers need to stop worring about if they are going to get hit because it is more than likely gonna happen. Next weeks game is going to be bad if we can't at least act like a team.
