You can only self promote yourself so much till the rest of us get tired of it. If you were a coach for 30 yrs as you claim, you evidently were not very darn good at it. If you were, you would not have to keep telling yourself and everyone about it all the dang time. Who cares what you did, unless your coaching now, your "experience" means nothing. Also if you were a coach for 30 yrs as you claim, didn't you learn to keep your mouth shut and quit giving teams bulletin board material. I guess where ever you coached sure would be proud to see how you have turned out!!! Shut up about your coaching career, if there was one, and talk about our current team without disrespecting everyone else on the boards because it makes you feel better about yourself and your proclaimed coaching career! Your no better a fan than the rest of us!

Unknown I want to know one thing, did you watch the same game as the rest of us at Patriot Stadium last night? Last time I checked Khalil was 7/9 passing with completions to 5 different recievers and had a TD called back on a penalty on a well thrown pass. But now I see why you were not chosen for the job, your football IQ is lower than Forest Gumps. Dont get on these boards and hide behind a keyboard and bash or disrepect the players who lay it all on the line to represent HENRY COUNTY every Friday night. These kids put too much effort into making EVERYONE in this county proud to be a Henry Countian for you to sit here and bash on them for their efforts!!!! If you dont have anything nice to say, dont say anything at all!!!!

Well I say since he is the coach and your on the outside looking in, that makes him more of an expert than you. The armchair quarterbacks on these boards amaze me, if you dont like how things are run by the coaching staff get your education and put your name in the hat next time the job comes open, until then just sit back and watch like the rest of us HC fans. HC will be fine!

My question is who makes you the expert on who should or should not start. You ever think that maybe Coach Counce knows what he is doing when it comes to preparing his team for the long term and not the short term as some here and HC Land like to do. This is a long season and next week is not the end all be all for this football team. Dont get on these boards and act like you know what is best for this team and what will make them better unless you are a coach. There is enough arm chair quarterbacking already, let the coaches coach and the fans watch and the boys play!!!!!

therealgame, how to you go from beraiting Springfield fans to telling them they have a shot to beat HC. I mean take your zanex before you start posting about their coaches spouting off at the mouth and then giving their fans down the road for defending him. Just for the record I am a huge HC Fan and have not missed 3 games in last 4 years so im on your side just you making the rest of us HC fans look bad.

Coming to rural West Tennessee from CBHS has taught me alot. Most people speaking on this subject have no idea how the private school quote scholarship thing works. First of all it is called financial aid not scholarships. All students recieving the aid are required by the govenment to submit proper forms to the NATIONAL CLEARINGHOUSE. The amount of aid is determined by the clearing house not the school and only 85%of tuition is covered at the most. With saying all of this back in 1997 the last year of the two divisions being together the private schools controled most major sports championships. Particularly in baseball where all three state titles were won by private schools. That leads me to this, USJ will be the dominating force in all sports in Division II- small within the next couple of years as they will grab all the atheletes from surrounding counties now that they can provide financial aid to all students with this move. Just be careful what you wish for public schools supporters cause it may turn and bite you in the butt, just as it has several schools and other programs in the memphis area.

I would agree that Milan is one of the storied programs in West Tennessee. But when you say that John Tucker was passed by one of those privateers you only appear to be a Milan Homer. I am from on of the most accomplished privateer programs in the state, however you do not hear me saying that my coach got passed by a public school coach who recruits just like the private schools. You might need to know a little about how privateers, as you call them work, before you start bashing them. Not only that most of your privateers played in classifications well above there enrollment back when public and private were together.
