I dont think Cw will run rule Harpeth in both, but i do think they will win both. Bats are prob close to eachother, i would give a slight edge to Cw on deffense. But were these teams are seperated are pitching to me. Cox and Donaldson are having very good solid years. And after Hoopers preformance against Clarksville looks like he is finally back from his Arm injury. 4 to 2 tonight and 8 to 1 tom are my predictions. both in favor of cw.

yea, good job Cw last night bats and D were hot. Hooper didnt look himself at all,Finally found out that he strained his ucl, and was out for 3 weeks. and that was his first start hopefully he will get back to himself bc Cw will need him. But they looked impressive to me. MC was also better than i thought

Creek Wood and Mont Central has been cancled today, I even wonder if they will be able to play tom. Hope they can bc i think Hooper will be making his first start of the year. Still havent heard what happened to him in preseason. CW has played some very good competition like smyrna, shelbyville, brentwood, and riverdale. Harpeth hasn't except station camp which they lost. so hard to get a good judge on cw and harpeth still to early. Hope the sun comes out. Good luck to all.

I heard that Hooper from Cw did something to his arm 2 saturdays ago and at the game sat. he didn't pitch and was in street clothes. Does anybody know what happened or if something else is going on? That would be a big loss since we was prob there #1 guy after what he did last year. Already 2 Big injuries with hooper and foriest hopefully there nothing and them 2 can face off again this year after last years classic. And has for Cw they looked alot better this sat. Hit and played D alot better and Cox and Donaldson threw very well.

More on wavo just read that earlier post again and it upset me more. They were a pitiful excuse for a football team. All them future all state players they have they should have been able to tackle hooper or odom once in the game.. Just really really bad, there team needs to take off the pads and put on basketball jerseys, they could use you 2

I remember this time last year when all yall wavo people were picking waverly to finish 1st that made me sick how did that 49-6 beatdown feel when you visted the wood ha ha. Come on horrible last year dont see a way they get better they were scarred to tackle. ANYWAYS away from that nonsense.. I can speak for cw they lose 21 of 22 starters wow. only 1 coming back is kimo odom who will be the best player in the district next year. Could have been last year. Dont know how good cw will be just gotta wait and see how there young ones pan out. Coaches need to work to get a little bit better that playoff game against page was not good at all, better coaching and no telling how far they could have gone.

This list seams about right to me but would have expected more playes from cw and camden since they were by far the best 2 teams. Hooper and Gaskin could have easily switched places has player of the year and offensive mvp since Hooper beat Gaskin when they played but it is prolly right since Gaskin played both ways and Hooper was only O. They were both great players.

Season is over and i havent heard anything on all district players or the mvp. Who will be all district and who are the leading contenders for mvp.

Think your wrong on them 2.. Doubt foriest will lose in the first round, and also doubt that cox will be pitching in the first playoff game. And i think harpeth will win the reg season and Cw will win the tourny. Are they going back to a play in game or still staying with double elimination??

My bad for leaving Cox out. He did win the pitcher of the year on the team, but hooper was the only pitcher for cw to go all District. They both had big wins. What were there district records. And didnt hooper get real sick during the season last year. forgot what he had but i think he lost 3 straight after starting 4-0. And combined only about 3 innings in those games. What was it he had? Donaldson was alot better than his record showed, no run support and errors mostly but showed great potential as a closer late in the year.

I think your wrong there imhere I think Hooper and Donaldson could both be counted has aces. True they dont have the velo that foriest has. They were both low to mid 80's last year. Heard Hoopers velo has spiked to around 87 during the summer. Heard that from a parent on his summer balls team. Not sure wat it is now but should increase more b4 season. And also heard donaldson was around 85. Hooper showed alot of good offspeed stuff 2 along with donaldson. Wich foreist didn't show any of and again i can go back to the head to head btw foriest and hooper. 3-0. But we will have plenty of time to debate this still a long way away from the season..

another name that yall are leaving out is Blaine Hooper from Cw he was an all district pitcher last year and the one who beat foriest 3-0 and also shutout MC 2x once in the district playoffs. think he was 4-1 in the district last year. Heard he also throws quite a bit harder than last year. Be interesing to see how good he has gotten. besides him it will be Ellis and foriest. That Cw harpeth game will be a very interesting game considering last year and that both hooper and foriest are back. The district will be close but will be lead by harpeth and cw not sure what order yet waiting for it to get closer to pick.....

Creek Wood will beat page by 10 or 14, they would beat spring hill but would be a very good game, and they would lose to Giles by 10 or so ON A DRY FIELD.. Howdoitknow Cw would have shredded Cheatham on a dry field and def. through the air. Hooper would have had a field day. Cheathams secondary was straight pathetic he was 4 for 4 in the mud just couldn't hold the ball anymore to throw it pitiful excuse for a field. He would have threwn for 250+ easily. Cw has a way better qb than page Hooper #8 is very exciting to watch. Big play machine. As is #6 he is a straight beast of a running back. Page has a pretty good d but not as good as Camden who was 9-1 and averaged giving up 8 points a game b4 playing Cw. and 2 tournovers gave camden 2 td's and camden is better than page. The Fairview game is the only common opponent. Cw won by 21 Page by 10 and by the way fairview scored on the last play of the game and cw's offense shut it down in the 3rd. Seen film page has a pretty good Rb besides the horrible dance he layed out after the td kickoff return against fairview wow.... Cw will have the best 2 players on the field in #8 and #6 but besides that pretty even ... I expect good game CW-34 page-20
