  1. I hope your kidding. MUS has played the TOUGHEST schedule in the state of TN. No Division 2 team even comes close to the type of schedule they have played. Everyone thinks MBA is on a roll cause they have won there last 6 or something games.. MUS has won there last 25!.. with that being said i think MUS wins by about 17
  2. no reply to what i said??... i didnt think so
  3. just take a look at their depth chart for starters... youll be blown away at how small their whole team is
  4. if they recruit, they arent very good at it. 19 out of the 22 possible starters between offense and defense are white.... and i dont think they came from inner city schools.. but yea nice call on recruiting
  5. From what i understand he hurt his groin. they took him out at the very end of the first quarter when it was 14-7. MUS still managed to put up 55 points with their back up qb in though.. makes you wonder how many points they could have scored if brunetti stayed in the whole game
  6. I have to disagree about MUS. If they recruit they are doing a pretty bad job of it. especially when there whole defense is a bunch of white kids who average 5'10 in height(by the way they held Millington to 0 points)
  7. i read in an article from one of his camps he went to he ran a 4.5
  8. and also rumored to be playing pratville from alabama
  9. im not sure of the exact schedule, but from what i hear they will have one of the hardest schedules in TN next year
  10. no he is not 19. he is the same age as every other junior at MUS
  11. im not sure if MUS's offense can be stopped. im thinking MUS will take this one in a close one
  12. actually he is not 19... he is either 16 or 17. but i promise you he will be playing for MUS next year
  13. im not sure which run down you are refereing to in that game because there were two, but the one that was probably the most impressive was by Elliot Bryant, he is a junior and hes definately got speed, he is apart of the MUS 4 by 100 team that placed high in state last year(with only 1 senior). I think he is 3rd string running back. he doesnt play on offense very much but he definately is a big part of special teams. it was pretty crazy when he ran him down from one side of the field to the other end when the returner had a huge lead on him.. and no he doesnt got in collegiate offers that i know of, at least not in football
  14. http://www.musowls.org/athletics/FootballBroadcasts.htm heres the link to watch the game from last night.
  15. 3yards.. MUS definately manhandled briarcrest a little bit more than BA did.. MUS put up i think 35 points in the 1st quarter against them and that a lot better than BA did in the first half. so i definately think MUS is capable of beating the middle TN teams.
  16. i predict MUS winning this one, itll be a close one though
  17. my picks: MUS by a lot.. Cordova White Station Houston (they played pretty well against Gtown, so im going with them on this one) Whitehaven (probably will be a close one)
  18. Melrose... East...MUS...Craigmont...Germantown(probably will be close)... and Whitehaven
  19. Based on ECS's schedule, i would say they would lose the rest of their games. They have played absolutely no one. Its almost embarrasing, i dont know why their coach would want to have that kind of schedule then have 3 difficult games at the end of the year. CBHS has had a hard enough schedule to where they should take care of ECS pretty easily since this will be ECS's first real game of the season.
  20. MUS has beaten CBHS, MELROSE, and OLIVE BRANCH(MS), which are three very tough teams, so i would be very surprised if the would lose Friday
  21. I think CBHS has a good team but i dont think they will be able to stop the MUS offense now that they one of their best recievers back from having mono. MUS also has one of their star cornerbacks on defense coming back from an injury that occured in the middle of the summer.
  22. What about MUS this year, they beat Olive Branch who is number 2 in Mississippi (only behind South Panola, the perennial powerhouse of MS) and was 34th in the nation when they beat them. They also beat Melrose, and they still have to go up against CBHS and Cookeville in their regular season. Then in the playoffs they will most likely have to go through either MBA or BA to get a state championship. So if they do end up winning state, i think they should be #1 in TN by the end of the year. I know its still a little early in the season, but i think MUS will turn some heads this year.
  23. ^^ sorry it should be rivalry*
