41-14 gordonsville. clay played hard but the turnover bug struck. they have a young qb that is pretty good and will only get better.

gordonsville beats them by more than they beat us by year before last. and we were way down then. gordonsville jumps on them early and will not let up.

cody was hit low, pretty hard by the way,he stumbled and ran a couple more over for a big gain. then again he was hit low and went down for short yards. hit him at the waist or above he blows you up. you best chance is to slow him up and 2 or 3 jump on his back and ride him down for the next 5 or 6 yards. key in on cody then chaz runs you up and down the field. he is also strong. load the box then nike and watson sticks it to you. its not being cocky its being realistic. i have no doubt cc will try to compete,but they will have a hard way to go in this one. at some point gordonsville blows this game wide open and things snowball from there. you all must think this is the team from three seasons ago. grunt is right about gordonsville being on a different level.

alcoa claims to have problems getting non district teams to play them. i believe they would put you on their slate. who knows, you may be the only team in the state they dont mercy rule. for what my words are worth, i see you all winning 2a again this year.

we may need to watch film on them refs. home cooking tends to be nasty at times.

went to the pee wee games there today. no seating unless you bring a chair.

watertown isnt very good this year. we only did what we had to do. we played well, scored lots of points, didnt give up any. did what it took, didnt have to do anything drastic, just ran the ball.

will they try to play us?
