Rockwood vs Harriman is most always a good game. The biggest rivals around when it comes to sports(any sport) It's just a Rockwood/ Harriman thing. I believe it will be a good game between 2 good teams, but I have to go for the Tigers! GO TIGERS!

todays game at Unaka has been postponed. its raining in Rockwood and moving into the Unaka area. so it was best decided before we make the long trip to unaka. maybe we'll get it in before season ends. Go tigers get ready for Harriman. GO TIGERS!

I think the team needs to stay focused on the games at hand and not worry about what Coach Lane may or may not do with his future. That's a decision thats his and his family's to make when and if the time comes. Until then, He has our support no matter what!! Afterall he is the coach and the team/playing decisions are his, not players, parents or fans. Keep up the good work Coach! And Keep up the good work TEAM!!!! GO TIGERS!

chase is a courtesy runner. and he does a good job of it too. he will be a real good catcher. he just has a few things he needs to work on. whitaker is a good catcher. he hits the ball real well. when chase can prove he can hit the ball as good as whitaker, he might get his chance. but no he will not make all-district this year, but who knows bout next.

14 innings is alot of baseball. i dont think that game will go that long, but who knows they took it in 11 last year for the region championship. but i do like the predictions you have about both of us in memphis. ive said to my buddies that play for harriman, that there is no better feeling than playing in the big games in memphis. i hope that they get their chance this year.

The Tigers go to Rhea CO today, then to Lookout Valley Tourny. on Friday. Loojout Valley tourny is always good. RHS vs Lookout Valley 9:00, RHS vs Mt. Pleasant at 1:30 on Friday. Championship on Saturday. Safe travels everyone. GO TIGERS!

right now, I would have to say Hall and Eble from Harriman. THey are both SR's and have played together for quite a few years. But you never know what will pan out in Rockwood. For the last 4 years we've had ET Catching and Robert & Seth at top of pitching rotation This year it will all change. 2 good catchers and several new pitchers in the rotation not to mention corey and dan. Time and experience will tell. Practice hard. GO TIGERS!!

well it wasnt but 2 years ago when harriman had all their players on the district team. 7 made it and 2 honorable mention. but then look who made it to the state. ROCKWOOD.

Thanks to all who came down to Rockwood's preseason tournament. Today was much better than last night!! The weather was much better. Thanks to the parents that helped with the gate, concession stand, score board, and preparing chilli and cookies and pies and anything else I might have forgoten. Thanks! GO TIGERS!!

well rockwood does have a pretty good freshman class. bryant allen, shane doughty, zach duncan, zach brazeale, and colden cooper are the best of the bunch. they may surprise people one day. who knows.

we tied the game friday night with cumberland county 0-0. we had played our 5 innings and nobody had scored. it was a pitchers duel for the most part. dan chandler, corey payne, and zach brazeale pitched real well for us. oh and by the way brazeale will have alot of touchdown passes, but not sure how many will be to curt boston. boston is more of a blocking TE. but its baseball season so lets stay on the baseball. rockwood plays O.S today at 4. should be pretty good. cya there.

I think what maC meant was there is alot of talent on Rockwood's team, not that every player should be from Rockwood. There's alot from all over the district worthy of the honor. And the honor is from the entire district. GO TIGERS!
