  1. Congradulations to Dalton Phillips and Nick Lennox from Watertown. Both Well deserved. A special congradulations to Nick Lennox on his commitment to Carson Newman this week
  2. Ed Roberts does do a fantastic job,he had it looking like a golf green at the beginning of the year. Now for the game i'm expecting a knock down drag out game its gonna be a goodn
  3. I agree with seven on his first choice on the back. I'm not to familar with any other backs in 2a but Maason. He is a heck of an athlete w/o him on that friendship team they would be average. On the lineman I am going with Lennox and Ford. They are both outstanding lineman in 2a and are very deserving of such and honor.
  4. True enough officails can be a bit tough toward out of state teams... but grunt when i was at the FcS and watertown game it seemed Lennox was getting either double or triple teamed every snap and if he wasnt i believe he made the play. If u could see the film it would be very obvious. Im not saying one is better than the other. I just am simply stating they both are great athletes and are at the same level.
  5. Grunt... watertown had a bad game it happens to the best such as you guys and mayfield. win some u lose some... some worse than others. Lennox is a competitor and how can you justify your statment that he is not up to the same mark as ford?
  6. well i am familar with woodmore. he is a pretty good skill player. How is the line looking this year for g ville
  7. hows does g vile match up with h2otown skill and lineman wise? im not to familar with g ville this year.
  8. whats ur stance on the game pujo
  9. way to go slimshady.. you can identify a typo.. bet u feel intelligent
  10. Watertown do your best to make history. i got faith that u can
  11. The last 4 years in the FC and watertown game the score keeps gettin closer and closer. Last year watertown only lost by 6. Who is to say this isnt the year that watertown pulls it off
  12. We will see when TC comes to watertown. I will for one be there
  13. Fair enough. I like the fact that you actually have reasoning for your statements unlike many others. You know, it has been 10 years since Watertown was beat by Clay County, and technically they were Celina then. That blows my mind. Watertown used to be a guaranteed win for Celina. Even in '98 (the first of many down years for the Bulldogs: 4-7) the Purple Tigers tasted defeat, however I have to say that Watertown has turned into a team that can beat anybody on their schedule year in and year out. Holycross is a good back, but after seeing TC and FCS already, the bulldog defense won't be seeing the best back that they have faced. Phillips is great, has he been as effective without Eaton and Blaze. Lennox is what he is, big, strong, and fast, but once again I think that it helps the Dogs having seen TC and FCS. Ford was out against them, but FCS certainly had a few that would give Lennox a run for his money. I just hope that it is the good game that it should be. If Watertown wins it should be like two years ago when they won 12-8 in a nailbiter for the Tigers. But the winds of change are about to start blowing. I'll still take Clay, wait and see. I have seen Lennox play through out his carrer and i never seen a lineman from FCS give him a run for his money
