That was a Coffee County fan just running their mouth as usual. Guess they still cant get over us hitting a 30 yard field goal to win the game in their own stadium. Back to something more important... No Ooltewah fan has been talking junk(not yet anyways). They respect us and know not to understimate us. what can we expect from Ooltewah on offense? their defense pretty much speaks for itself.

Games over. Certain teams have certain rules for their stadium and Ooltewah didnt want anyone one the field. Just respect their rules and keep your heads held high. Calling them classless isnt gonna get you to the semis but probably make you feel better since you loss.

Best defense in the state? Region 4-5A is tuffer and Oaklands D dominated and nearly shut out the back 2 back state champs! We have the best defense in the state.Ooltewah has gven up 100 points this year and Oakland has given up 107. Both have great defenses . Oakland-10 Ooltewah-7

No they havent but i expect it snow out in Ooltewah and it seems we play much better "controlled" ball since the weather has been so cold.

well... What Oakland has been known for all season is our stout defense but as of late our offense has been clicking with consistency and converting on key 3rd downs. We play about 5 running backs(B.J.Nelson also has his own package and version of the wildcat offense) and the others are Precious Valentine,Sam Bass,T.Mayberry and big Dre Frazier.We have big wide receivers(6'3" Will Walker, 6'4" Chris Johnson, and 6'4" Wesley Blissard) and also short but very quick receivers(5'9" Buddy Mitchell , 5'9" #25 and 5'10" Chanz Boyd). As for our defense we have a very gritty and big DL. Big 6'3" 315pd Tim Mcadoo is supported on the DL by big #78 Derek Barrett, #77 Rico Summers , #9 anthony Amey , and #67. Our linebackers are just as good and leading the way #7 Joell Keeling , #27 Lorenzo Elder and #4 T.mayberry. Safeties havent let anything get past them much throughout the season. #13 has 3 pick 6 touchdowns so far but the player to look out for is #21 Deion Wade.

what changed from the first time Farragut played against Ooltewah? someone made some major adjustments after losing 31-3 the first game to 14-7 this time around.

First off good game Smyrna and heck of a season you guys had. I wont for one second say we werent on our heels and this game wasnt a hard win for us. Smyrna drove the ball a couple times and had a chance to go up 10-0 but instead they fumbled. Good season smyrna

finally someone with some sense!!! I've seen 27-9 score in favor of Smyrna(bizzare) and 24-10. Smyrna in their last 5 games after the loss from ohs havent played a defense like ours. When they have throughout the season the results were a loss to BA and only scoring 10 @ BA , a loss to siegel and getting a goose egg , and of course the loss to oakland. Those were their 3 losses against great defensive teams. So why some of you think Smyrna will put up big numbers on the scoreboard is COMICAL !

SMyrna will see some players in diff packages then last time. we want smyrna to have the ball first and we can differ until the beginning of the 3rd. Oakland will be the first to score on smyrna and probably before smyrna. does it alternate each year or has it always been a home game for that region and our region having to travel?

1. Smyrna has a very potent running game and is def a "1-2 punch". I would also agree that its like the Titans "smash and dash" but Oakland has a 1-2-3-4-5 punch knockout! Valentine and Bass carry the load but are complimented by the BIG Dre Frazier, downhill runner T.Mayberry and Mr. B.J. Nelson. Since you compare the bulldogs attack to "smash and dash" of the Titans I will compare ours to "Earth,Wind,and Fire" of the Giants. 2. A few started and some did play but THAT WAS LAST YEAR. Why do you think Oakland is so good? not bc of last year but bc of what we went through last year. Our team is battle tested and lets not forget our coaching staff has put up gold balls also! Theres plenty experience for both teams. 3.Honestly the Woods story wasnt what made them gel. The 4 ot loss made them gel and come together. The woods drama was just a stepping stone if anything. Even the smyrna coach said this on TV. Experience is key and our "experienced" coaching staff lead us on this journey to a win tonight !!! 27-9? even if Smyrna scores that much u honestly think oakland will not be right there matching them point for point? our defense isnt giving that up and u will see tonight. im done talking. see u in the oakland vs ooltewah/farragut thread!

YES THEY HAVE EXPERIENCE AND THAT DOES COUNT BUT THERES NO EDGE OVER OAKLAND AT ALL IN THAT ASPECT. WE ARE AS READY IF NOT MORE PREPARED THEN SMYRNA. Nothing we say on here holds any kind of water on the field and makes it feel like the game is far away rather then tommorow bc most oakland people have bought in to me saying "we'll do our talking on the field".
