keyword ... "folks". None of the players care who gets the ball,makes the tackle, or scores the touchdown. They all just wanna win. They are an inexperienced group in the playoffs but i see them coming together and taking care of biZZZZZZness ! Alot of kids are forgotten. The mayberry kid has atleast 8-10 tackles a game and killed WC last friday, Buddy has filled in great since Boyd was hurt, and lets not forget Mr.Rico! He fills up the middle and allows linebackers to be able to get to the ball bc of him closing holes!

I think Sam Bass needs to get more rushing attempts and I think he is forgotten on defense as well. He made the big tackle against Smyrna in overtime to win the game so look for him to step up again if thisg ame gets close. Also lookout for Chanz Boyd. He has been banged up with an ankle injury since the Wilson Central game but hes 100% healthy now to run the quick handoff plays to the outside and the post patterns opposite Chris Johnson. Before his injury he and Chris lead the region with ypc and yac. I pray this game doesnt come down to a field goal in rainy weather !!!

idk if anyone saw the game at lebanon but this guy just shoved the qaurterback and he flew back about 10yards. Def a man among boys

Wilson Central is good and about the same as Smyrna. We are the underdog eventho alot of people are pulling for us so either team will be a good matchup. + a win is a win whether we "barely" won or we won by 30.

Worlds best hotdogs? lol , thats def false advertising. Ive been to several oakland games playing for them and cheering. This is the first year theyve been "worlds best".

Oakland-21 Cookeville-17 I think this will be our defenses first true test as far as a postseason good offense. WC offense was so basic and expected and our DL had a field day with them. Does anyone know if Nate Joines is going to be able to play?

Hope Smyrna wins. Only because we(oakland) wanna prove the first time wasnt a fluke. + it will be very fitting that the new soon to be champs send last years champs back home with their tails btw their legs!!!

I honestly think this is going to be a tuff game for Oakland. We had a good offensive game vs. WC but the question is can we be consistent? Our defense cant keep bailing us out time and time again. If it wasnt for the defense Oakland would be 3-7( 3 wins coming from lavergne 46-6 , Franklin County 27-7, and the Clarksville game 28-3). If we can be consistent on offense from the start of the game to the end as we are on defense with a little help from special teams(punting) I dont see any team stopping us !!!
