Great Job Dogs, seniors way to go out with a win! The game tonight was a good one. Sunbright played hard. shocker and ole tiger, I would not jump on the playoff bus just yet your fate is in the selection commities hands now, by the way you certain few that say sunbright gave Wartburg the game, you did'nt give Wartburg the game there defence took it fom you. You might of had more total offence but they shut the door on you when they needed to. To all the real players at Sunbright good game.

I hear that there is a chance of rain tonight. Do we need to reschedule the game? I don't want to have to hear any exuses after the game when Wartburg sends Sunbright back up Hwy. 27 with a big lose.

That is why I say your not a player, no coach is going to let one of his players get on here and put down other teams and make his own program look bad the way you do. A coach will punish everyone on the team intill that person comes forth.

Wartburg is playing for an out right county championship. sunbright is playing for a share of the county championship. sunbright was beat by coalfield there is no possible way that sunbright can be out right county champions. I think that the dogs defence will be ready for that so called high powerd offence. I am just glad you guys found the time to fit Wartburg into your schedule, I know it is a busy one with you guys planning your trip to cookville and the state champion parade you will have.

Maybe if you had something good to say about the team that you are playing people would talk to you. I noticed that you have county champs on your posts. Coalfield beat you Wartburg beat Coalfield and Oakdale already.So technically Warburg is the county champs,after week 10 there will be no doubt that Wartburg is the county champs.

GOgetta12 you are right Wartburg has been a differant team since the second half at Harriman. They look like they are playing with more passion now. I will not give a score for friday night but, if the dogs come out ready to play this will be a great game. I would love to see Wartburg finish strong and win the rest of there games. I think that if this happens Wartburg will be a team that no one will over look come playoff time. If any players from Wartburg reads the board Good luck on the rest of your season! You just told everyone what it takes to have a great basketball team,I have seen Clarkrange play one time this year. The first thing I noticed was everyone plays together there was no jealousy from anyone that I could see, and Clarkrange plays some of the best team ball I have seen in a long time. The ladys looked like they could careless who scored the points just as long as they scored. I wish you ladys good luck on saturday!!

It maybe a little early to talk camps, but does anyone know of any good womens basketball camps that is going to be out there this summer?

I will agree with you i am not the smartist person there is on the game of basketball, but i know enough that when i see a team make some of the mistakes that i have seen sunbright make. It is bad FUDAMENTALS! Here is the definition of Fundamentals-basic or essential. Did anyone see sunbright make any basic mistakes when they played wartburg or any other games they have played this year? By the way the kids have to know the fundamentals before you can teach them anything else.

You are right it will take some time to fix things in sunbright. I beleive that this staff can get it done.

I always try to have a good attitude about things but if you want to call me out here goes. The girls would probably be doing better if they would have been taught the fundamentals of basketball last year and not just how to read a play book and run plays. These coaches are doing a good job but they just have alot of "make up" work to do. Best of luck to the lady tigers!!!!

I was at the game. It was a really close game untill about half way through the forth quarter. They swaped the lead a few times. I was very impressed by Sunbright girls. The Harriman team was a veteran team they started 5 seniors Sunbright started 3 juniors and 2 freshman and breaking in a new coach. With there speed I think they will give some teams some trouble his year.

So is that why Sunbright is on bottom in the district year after year is they are having a good time and do not take winning #1. OK I am sorry for trying to have a positive out look for these young ladys! Good luck ladys I hope you proof everyone wrong this year.

You are right they haven't played anybody yet. They have been PRACTICING very well together. The biggest thing is they are having a good time playing this year.That is what high school sports is all about.

When Allen was there that may have been the case as far as not getting along but, I know a couple of girls that play up there and they tell me that everyone is getting along good with each other and the new coach. They are playing very well togeather and things are really going in the right direction.
