Wes Houser- South Doyle- King College Josh Woodward- South Doyle- Tusculum College Cody Baker- South Doyle- Lincoln Memorial Garrett Copeland- Bearden- Lincoln Memorial In my opinion of watching i believe the farragut (ss) curt powell is the best in the state not only fielding but the best lead-off hitter for % and for power around the state.

For South Doyle and For Sevier County i believe it is as follows: Sevier County South Doyle Cherokee Seymour Morristown East Morristown West Sullivan South Cocke County I believe that is the District For Farragut: Farragut Bearden Hardin Valley Catholic Lenior City William Blount Maryville Heritage I think these are right correct me if i am wrong

I have played against all 4 schools this year and to me, if farragut throws either of there top three it should be no match. If Bearden throws Potter it could be good Copeland is decent powell didn't show me much with there pitchin.. in my opinion bearden is bigger and better than powell and it should play out Farragut vs Bearden in the Region..

Nothing against heritage but they aren't that good.. The pitching there is decent at most compared to Farragut Bearden and South-Doyle. Good luck to them in the tournament but to say they are pretty dang good is a stretch.

South Doyle has 3 pitchers all in mid 80's Matt Kirkland throws about 88 Wes Houser throws 86-87 with a sick tail Josh Woodward maybe 84-85 lefty with a tail.. Kirkland wasn't even the ace for South Doyle this year and he hasn't pitched against farragut and probably won't!

South Doyle turns out like this no matter the scores.. Lost 2x to farragut Lost 2x to bearden (5-2) (12-8) Lost 1 to maryville Won 1 against maryville Won 2x William Blount run rule 1st game not (7-6) Won Heritage (play second tom.) Won 2x against LC Won 2x against SC so they are as of tonight 4/27 8-5 with tom game not mattering anymore since bearden lost to maryville.

So the only game that is really of matter right now are the Maryville Bearden game ( when is this game ) and the South-Doyle Heritage game ( Tuesday ).. No one wants to be in Farraguts bracket lets be honest. congrats to Bearden for beating them 2x this year there are some teams who can beat them but you would much rather be in Beardens bracket where the games can go either way.. I believe if Bearden beats Maryville and SD beats Heritage than south doyle gets third and maryville gets 4th.. on top of this.. who are the stand out players this year for this district.?

Here is my list... 1 Bearden - Jenkins and or Parker 2 Farragut - Watson and or Moore 3 Maryville - Click and or Reynolds 4 Lenior City - Hood and or Ault 5 Sevier County - Benjamin 6 William Blount - Ballard 7 Heritage - Hardwick 8 South-Doyle- Baker Now my list isn't perfect there are definitely many more talented players on the higher up teams.. but there is my list.

With most of the season out of the way.. Who can you say really was the focal point of each team who was the stand out players?

WOW this was a great game.. All of the boys fought hard though the officials were can we say not on top of there game.. What a game.. Baker for South Doyle had 25 while Ballard for William Blount only had 11. South Doyle's plan worked by keeping the ball out of his hands. From what I Hear the South Doyle kid is lighting it up. Who is he? Great game kids!!

That is a good list.. If Click and Reynolds start playing well together Maryville will be good.. Farragut with Moore Hunley and Watson are very good well played defense.. though they struggled at South-Doyle this friday from what i see. I think the kid from Sevier county is young i think so he should be good and the south-doyle kid who is he?

Okay that is a good list but lets take out these Bearden kids we know they are good.

Is there anyone besides these bearden players and Hood in this district?? If so who and from what team.

WIth bearden being the obvious power house, how do you think the rest of the district will play out? And who are the players to watch from each team.
