BA is going to be very vulnerable inside weldon is going to have to carry that team. the combination of shellnut and marconcini will have to carry bga while ensoworth will be forced to reload after losing their version of the big 3

I think the best all mid state team would be 5 guards but thats tough to do but the best 5 i would say are Tyler Shellnut Weldon Garlington Holden Mobley Tyler Paslick and Daniel McFadden

i would say that either mba or ensworth will win the region

if you guys seriously think bga has a chance at winning you dont even deserve to be on this board. they will be a solid 4 seed more than likely

MBA has not scored in the 70s this entire year thats not the way the play but somehow they had their highest scoring game of the year against Culleoka. In my opinion their defense was better last year where the held mba to 42 points

So if they didn't let them play it would have been higher scoring correct?

MBA a very average offensive team had their highest scoring game of the year against culleoka scoring 68 pts. So I think it's more their level of competition because they play good defense but it's nothing great

This must be a joke. The MBA fan base travels extremely well. But not to games that are 2 hours away in the middle of no where. The whole team barely made it in time. Culleoka's turnout at MBA last year was awful. All they had were parents and cheerleaders. At most games the home teams have more fans. And Culleoka may not have gotten the calls down the stretch. But for the first 3 and a half quarters it was the most lopsided officiating ever.

It's got to be tough for any team losing a player like Elliot Williams

I dont know anything about Livingston Academy but Ensworth has not played up to their potential yet and they are likely to go off at any time

tavarres is just coming back off of injury and is not playing the best he has and miles has not looked very good so far. you guys do need to beware of pope inside if you want to have a chance

I think it was talking about part of the region not Braircrest, St George's etc. But those guys would def be on the list if there was one. Parker has played great this year and he definately should be there. The only people that are definately on the 1st team at this point in my opinion is Daniel Parker Holden Mobley Gary Pope and possibly Thad McHaney but the first 3 will probably definately be

although it does seem bright for thr Big Red. it seems like all you ugys are forgetting about the very good junior class mba has with Mobley Paslick Lassing and Colbert the freshmen Simonis and Blackwell can definately help this year and next and will be every seasoned byt the time they are seniors but the team is in good shape as we speak

I know BGA beat MBA earlier this year ven though it was MBA's first game Parker killed them. Has anyone else played inside the region yet?

MBA has the same kind of setup but Lipscomb's gym is terrible that one part of the gym makes it a little better

Weldon Garlington a soph at BA was their best guard last year as a freshman and now will run the team from the point as a sophmore

I know all those ensworth kids are propbably talented to be in those spots but they all wont pu tup good enough numbers to make the first team

Dickson County is awful. A gym where the players can only sit on the first row of bleachers and there is no bench is terrible. Also all of the seats for fans are way above the court which makes it difficult to watch the game

I couldnt agree more its huge and the setup is great. Although it is sweet that they have a jumbotron is has to be difficult for the players to see the clock with nothing behind the backboards. Also the tiger stripes inside the three point lines is just flat ugly
