I agree that Ali should have got something and I also thought Brittany Kinser and Ansley Ricker from South Greene had a good tournament. I really hate those awards!!!! It's a team effort and it takes a team. It was a great game. I think Rechelle Dye came to win and was not going to let anything stand in her way. Good luck to all the teams in the Reg. tournament. I guess we need to remember we all like to win but we also need to be gracious losers and it takes a real person to do that and I have to admit being a South Greene Fan I stink at it sometimes but we are all human. From my understanding he is doing as well as can be expected. He would love to be Coaching this team I am sure most of these girls went to all of his camps in the past and Rechelle is a former players daughter. Please still remember him in your prayers and that God would see fit to let him in someway become a part of South Greene, he would love it the girls would love it and the fans I am sure. He does come to some of the South Greene games, but I am sure it is really hard for him. God Bless

You know what they say... No one likes a winner! but I think you're right they don't mind, they will go out there and play as hard as they possibly can until the buzzard sounds and I think that comes from the Coach Ricker area and considering his niece plays on this team and Rechelle Dye , I can remember seeing her at the games when she was no more than 3 years old wearing a South Greene uniform and dribbling all around the court. They loved Coach Ricker and the Lady Rebels, I hope they will get the chance to experience the State Tournament like the teams from South Greene in the Past. I think the Lady Cyclones Coach said it best South Greene has several players that can hurt you and I think Mariah is a great player but I think she needs to be able to go a whole game and I am not being ugly when I say that, please don't take it like that. I think when everyone plays South Greene they try to double up on Dye also she is a play-maker as well, like Mariah. I really hate awards like that, I think there are several players in the district that are great. God Bless and congrats to whomever gets it.

Wow, Coach 17 has something nice to say about a South Greene player! Just giving you a hard time. Rechelle Dye has started since her Freshman year and has around 8 to 10 assists per game. You are right Powell has alot of heart and I love that. You don't see that much in players anymore. Rechelle Dye is the same way she will play you as hard as anyone. God Bless

I am sorry I was only referring to Coach17 I have read many of the post on all the east TN teams and Coach 17 always is negative about South Greene. I love the game and I love to watch teams like South Greene and Unicoi they always play hard but Coach 17 always wants to be negative towards South Greene. God Bless

You just do not like South Greene and I have watched them play every game this week as well as all the others and they play very hard and I think EVERY team has a few of those players that use ugly words. Don't be a hater. God Bless
