Cwood212 you have terrible sportsmanship first of all! Second if you have been paying attention to any of the other post you would see that that Harpeth has more then a chance of winning. SH only won by one and if Harpeth comes out and plays like they did with CW I see SH having a hard time dealing with that type of intensity. CW is a quality team but I hope they don't get big heads from their regular season dominance because the next game is all that matters. If they come out flat and get beat it's game over and that win streak doesn't mean anything.

I'm going to be completely honest, when Crowe scored 28 on Harpeth's homecoming I thought it might have been a little bit of luck, but with him hitting 9 3's and having 33 by my count ksgovols, I believe he is one of the better players in the district. Bottom line Harpeth without Crowe isn't half the team they are now.

well first thing is first cwood212 that is awful sportsmanship but if you want to go there we can. Who has CW played that is notable outside of the district? I know that Harpeth has played the BEST in AA. If u ask me CW is a good team for sure but they are playing in a YOUNG district, and next year honestly i dont see them doing anything, while Harpeth will have an older and more mature team. Doesn't CW have like 6 or 7 seniors? The last thing i have to say is Harpeth has won 2 or 3 straight now and are starting to mesh as a team. I hope they beat the pants off CW on their senior night!

Well from what I have heard Harpeth won that game with ease. The score was close but the game never was, if that makes sense. Waverly held Crowe to one field goal but Dansby went off. I heard he probably had around 20 points. The only negative thing I have heard was that the refs had no idea what a charge call was but if that's the only complaint then I would say it's pretty good reffing. Good win for Harpeth and I'm excited to see how they continue to play!

I hate to dissapoint you kobedoinwork but I am not Zach Crowe. I am a Harpeth alumni and Zach was one of my buddies back in high school. I love watching him play but not just him, I also like Trevor miller when he isn't out of control and Coty Crow. I just prefer to watch heart and hustle more then talent and laziness. The middle of the distric is getting really close and I am excited about seeing how it all turns out

Ruger i have to agree that Harpeth has made a great push lately. I have to give the credit to Crowe. He is the spark plug for this team. No way they would have won the SC game without him, i mean he did have half of the teams points.

Did anyone go to Harpeths homecoming? Harpeth's Zach Crowe completely took over the game. He put on a shooting clinic as well as knocking down clutch freethrows all game especially in OT. This guy was a boss tonight and single handedly beat SC in OT.

thank you ksgovols. finally someone is making sense and being completely sensible! The Harpeth Camden game was indeed a 32 min beat down. With that kind of play Harpeth can beat anyone in the district.

Well the camden harpeth game was no fluke. Anyone that watched that game knows that. Harpeth handled Camden with no problem. Harpeth held Camden to below 35% shooting I'm pretty sure. Harpeth has stepped it up. I hope they keep it up. Any team that over looks them now will get beat

That was not a big win whatsoever...The only reason Harpeth lost was due to dirty play by trevor number 23. before halftime Zach Crowe was head butted and it broke his nose ( later on they found out he also had a concussion and he missed 2 or 3 more games ) and kudos to Crowe for finishing the game. After that the same player elbowed Dansby on the top of his head sending him to the ER. Simply put it was Busch! Harpeth was in the lead the whole game until Dansby left.

First of all to everyone that is wondering what had happened to Harpeth, they have had one of the hardest schedules in the mid-state hands down. This is all well and good, they will be better from playing the best competition. Harpeth lost by 1 to Spring Hill who is ranked 7 in the state. So Harpeth has talent but they are just now learning how to finish. I know for a fact that no other team in the district has had a schedule nearly has tough as Harpeth's. Harpeth beat Camden last night by 25+. If Harpeth plays like they played last night no one will want to play them. They ran the offense perfectly and got whatever shot they wanted. Watch out tuesday night...Harpeth goes to CW. I wouldnt be surprised if we see an "upset".

Harpeth lost to Clarksville Academy Friday night. It was a close game the first half mostly due to Zach Crowe's hot hand. Crowe was 4 for 4 on 3 pointers in the first half keeping the Indians in the game. In my opinion he should have gotten more looks. The Indians came out flat in the second half and CA lead grew to double digits. Crowe didn't get many looks the second half and dansby as well as horkins did most of the scoring. Dansby had 16 Crowe had 15 horkins had 14 the rest of the team were in single digits harpeth needs to step it up

Creekwood is a quality team no doubt and deffinately have the edge...but dont under estimate Harpeth. Their post game is lacking for sure but their sharp shooting guards will make up for it. If Harpeth can keep their percentages up i dont see anyone running with them. McMullin Reece and Crowe can all light it up from deep Horkins and Dansby also have range...more or less if Harpeth shoots it well i dont see any post beating them.

Harpeth is full of shooters and limited in the post. They didnt show their true colors tonight against Boliver. Boliver is a very good team but Harpeth played scared the whole night. Harpeth was down 19 at half but broke even in the 2nd half and showed they could keep up if they would have started from the get go.

back to basketball, can Harpeth beat Sycamore? So far they are 0-3

Harpeth got worked tonight by Sycamore by 20+. The Indians didnt even show up tonight. I dont know what happened.

I think the big thing Harpeth has is they can just match up well with CW. Also Harpeth loves to put pressure all over the court and that is CW weakness, handling pressure.

Ok what you said about SC vs. Harpeth might be the dumbest thing i have ever heard. Harpeth is at home and Harpeth had them down by 37 before putting jv in with 6 mins left in the 4th. No chance, Harpeth is just a much better team. SC Also cant get to every one of Harpeth shooters if their goal is to shut down Trey. If they do shut him down Harpeth has loads of other threats in Dansbys driving/slashing abilities, Horkins dido, Crowe and Mcmullin Shooting the 3. Plus I think Crowe has come up big in the last 2 games so dont be surprised if he does again this game.

I agree the game got very rough in the 2nd half and the tackling of Crowe had to be intentional no questions asked. Props to him for knocking down the free throws at the end. Trey dunk attempt I also thought was dirty not to mention the play by number 32 punching the ball out of Horkins hands and trying to get into it with trey. If Harpeth could put 4 quarters together there is no team even close to their potential but if they cant put the quarters together thats all it is...potential.

Tonight Harpeth beat CW for the 2nd time. Trey was Trey and perry played pretty well. Tice played great d and Crowe knocked down some good shots and was very clutch down to the wire even being completely ran over. Collin hit some good shots and everyone else played ok. The refs were letting a lot of fouls go and it turned into a rough game

i agree about trey he is inconsistent this year but that maybe be do to the circumstances. Crowe and Mcmullen r also in consistent but when they are feeling it they are STROKERS and dont miss. Perry is stepping up his shot from what i can see lately.
