Bradford beat TEA last night. They hit some 3 balls. Street had a good game. Reeves and Evans also did well.

I did not take it as you were being smart. you ask a simple question, to a major problem. 26 points is a blow out.

they had a bad night shooting. like i said, when they are hitting the 3 ball they can play with most teams. but when they are not making the shot they are in trouble. the lack of size will cause trouble for bradford. a team that plays a zone when they are having a off night will beat bradford bad. but they always have that shooters chance.

Bradford won tonight, but like I said before they live by the 3. Street can get in the lane. I still do not know how they stack up till they play a Greenfield or lake co.

It should be a good game. It is a little harder to judge where Bradford is at this year. They did alot of summer camps, but it was not around here. They did some in other states. That makes it difficult to judge where they stand in 14a. They have looked real good all summer. But they may get blown out at UC. This game will be a good measuring stick for Bradford. It will also tell how they do with a little pressure on the road.

Bradford is know for playing a little D. They like to press from time to time, but I'm sure with the point guards you have you are not worried about that. The girls in the eight grade will be on the high school team this year. The street girl is playing this year. Some on here have mentioned future teams, so I thought I would. We are not a one season team, they are good year in and year out. I said in the first line if Bradford was not making shots they would be in trouble. But if they are on then it will take fair and others to be hot. As for Greenfield fan, they have said they are rebuilding. But they will still be a solid team, that will beat UC at Greenfield if UC does not come ready to play. I know this is a new frontier for you, but Lake co is the team to beat. They have been the last 3 years. The year before that Bradford was at the boro. Bradford came up one or two games short of the boro the last two years. This years team does not have the size of past teams. But they will run and press the whole game. Subs coming in left and right. So you will need to slow down the game or have a good bench. I have said positive things about UC all year. I still think you have a good team. If Eddings had a couple of those big girls from UC he would be state bound. UC has alot of talent, and they will win some games this year because of the girls. If you had a better coach you could go all the way. I wish UC all the luck this year. Lake co has been our biggest foe the past couple years, but we always wish them well. At the end of the day most fans just want the gold ball back in West Tn. 14a

That being said Lake co is still the power house in 14a. UC will get better later in the season. and Greenfield is a solid team every year.

The Bradford UC game is at UC. If Bradford is hitting the 3, Fair will need to be hot to keep it close. If they are off UC's bench will get some playing time. I hope UC does not think that Street is all Bradford has. They have five girls that can shoot the lights out. I would hope one of them would be on for game night, but with kids you never know. They are some good young girls on this team. Street's cousin is a freshman that will be a good player for the next four years. Then the Richardson twins are in the eight grade. Every year Bradford has a kid move on their will be another there to take her place for the next few years. As long as Eddings is there Bradford will have a shooters chance.

Bradford can play with anyone in the state when they are making their shots. They are a small team, but they are fast. they also love to run. when you play them it will be a track meet. It all depends on if they are hitting the 3 ball. They shoot the 3 quite often. It will be fun to watch. Bradford was suppose to be rebuilding last year and fell one game short of the boro. they are a better team this year, and should be even better next year.

Local folks know street (from bradford) but not as well know as her ability. Reeves also from bradford is a solid player.

Congrats to UC. They will come around as the season progresses.

Bradford wins tonight. Started out a little slow, but warmed up.

If you look back a few posts I said UC had a real deal player. But, calm down and let the girls play before you take the trip to the boro. You have talent, but so does lake co. You have NO ONE to guard Street. And if bradford is hitting their shots, you will be in big trouble. But if not, UC will have the advantage. Bradford is a hard place to get a win. Lake co is near impossible these days, and Greenfield is a hard place for a win. Alot of good teams out there, hoping lake co stumbles. UC may be the team, may not.

Sorry I did not mention the evans girl, or renfro, the walters girl will also improve. Evans has had good games over the past two years, good shooter. Size will be a problem, but they have alot of shooters. And everyone knows street.

Greenfieldfan did not claim to be a expert on LC. But many 14a fans have seen LC for at least 4 years now, and most know what they can do. UC has a good team, but most feel not as much skill players. I would be careful about saying UC and LC are playing for first and the rest are playing for third. Greenfield coach can pull a rabbit from a hat, and Bradford will be no cake walk with Street, Reeves, and company. Bradford has several, and I do mean several girls that can hit the three. So if you run into them on a good night all the size in the world will not help. Street and TT have the most speed in 14a, if not the state. I feel UC has a good team, just not sure about the coach.
