I probably do. Summer school is for the betterment of a students education or an opportunity to retake something(Teachers are getting paid to offer a service that they received professional training to do so).........I agree that a coaches time is worth more than they are paid already, but if HS coaches are worrying about earning a paycheck in the summer, then maybe they should look into other endeavors besides a HS Summer Baseball Coach.

Summer money should be considered a bonus and not the norm Coaches do summer ball for the benefit of their programs.....not for the money If you got into coaching because of money........you are in the wrong profession

Rockwood v. Midway was supposed to be played on Friday, but got washed out. They are set to play Mon. at 3:30 with the winner playing Grace immediatley following at 5:30 Harriman will play Greenback in the late game slated for 7:30 All of this is weather permitting, and there has been a TON of rain over the past 3 days

Davidson kid from Warburg started game 1 on mound, and hit the HR in game 2 Trout kid started game 2 on mound, not sure who finished

We played 2 5 inn. games Tigers won the first one 9-2.......Zach Allen hit 2 HR's and Skidmore threw a complete game giving up no earned runs and striking out 8 Bulldogs won the second one 6-1........Tigers came out cold .......Wartburg pitched very well in game 2, big lefty hit a HR
