  4. Page 11 LaVergne 1 WP Sr Ross Potere with 4 solid innings. Closed out by Jr Trey Moyer in the 5th Patriots 15 hit night paced by Jrs Cole Theide (3/4 2B) & Gage Downey (3/4 2-2B 4 RBI)

  7. Page 18 Lewis Co 3 W-Patrick Hood Trey Moyer with 3-2/3 innings of scoreless relief
  8. I believe Caleb Mitchell is a catcher for White House Heritage and the kid can absolutely hammer a baseball. Not a real big kid, but great swing and really goes after it. Want to say he hit a bomb this past summer with a wood bat...not the arrows, it's indians.
  9. Page 4 Eagleville 2 WP Ross Potere S Trey Moyer Anyone heard a SH-Franklin score?
  10. Page 14 Lewis Co 1 5 innings of nice work by Jr Taylor Cathey on the mound Heard Summit came from behind to beat Fairview...any other scores out there?
  11. Marshall Co 8 Spring Hill 1
  12. Page 5 Hickman Co 3 Nice W for Jr Trey Moyer with 6 good innings, Save for Sr Ross Potere Solid defense for the Patriots and Bulldogs as no errors committed by either team
  13. Marshall Co 5 Spring Hill 1 Heard rumblings that SH SS Pruett and Marshall Co P Vernon are injured...anyone know?
  14. Page 2 Hickman Co 1 Complete game by Jr Patrick Hood 12 K's 2 hits. Nice effort by Beard on mound as well. Heard Giles Co beat Summit 2-1...any other scores?
  15. Springhill sweeps Page 3-0 Friday 11-1 Monday Any other scores out there?
  16. BBCOR bats are making a difference. Lot more weak grounders and big pops. We've only seen one bomb so far as well. Page vs Springhill rained out tonight, will play tomorrow at 4:30.
  17. Giles made the plays and Page didn't. Bobcats were polar opposite of previous game with no errors. Good luck the rest of the season and see you later this season.

    Tragedy

Thoughts and prayers from Page High family.
  19. Monday 4/2 Page 9 Giles Co 3 WP-Hood Good game by Patriots, another quality outing by Jr Pitcher Patrick Hood-2 hits and 3 runs in 6. Sr Ross Potere closed out the 7th but too many runs to earn a save. Hood helped himself at the plate too, going 3/4 with 2 doubles. Giles Co not as sharp as they have been in the past, but still some good players on that team.
  20. http://www.riverdalewarriors.com/baseball/2012wsc.pdf Friday 3/30 Page 12 Kenwood 4 WP- Sr Justin Martin led a team effort on the mound, setting the pace with 4 K's Page 4 Hardin Co 5 Tough loss in 8 innings, but was an intense, well played game by both teams that despite the loss was a great game to watch.
  21. Page 5 Fairview 4 Complete game by Jr Taylor Cathey 5 K's no BB Sloppy first couple of innings for Page defensively, but settled down and got it done. Fairview played well in the field both games, may jump up and bite somebody if Lefty that started game 2 gets healthy.
  22. Is everyone in the district on Spring Break? Page lost a sloppy 1st game at Marshall Co 14-6 Monday (5 errors 10 unearned runs}. The Patriots were perhaps still hungover from being swept by a scrappy Summit team last week, Spartans outright beat us in first game, then we lost heartbreaker in bottom of 7th giving up 5 runs with 2 outs. Credit Brown with shuffling the lineup and somehow getting his team focused for the second Marshall game (makeup from Thursday rainout) after a beat down in game one, Jr pitcher Patrick Hood carried a no-no in to the 6th inning, finally surrendering 2 hits and 1 run, but defense made the plays in the 7th and we took a 2-1 win home. Simple game...good pitching and defense (no errors in 2nd game) can win games. Vernon kept the top of Page's order off balance with a ton of deuces and struck out his fair share (can anyone confirm he's signed with Martin Meth?). Marshall Co boys can still hit. Thank goodness for BBCOR or there would have been at least 2 bombs by Marshall in 1st game. IMHOP Marshall has best concessions in district-Wt beans and cornbread were awesome! Page hosted Fairview Tuesday night and seemed to keep the momentum going. Sr Pitcher Ross Potere used 59 pitches to no-hit Fairview in a 5 inning 11-0 Page victory. Page goes to Fairview tomorrow, then has 4 games in 2 days in the Riverdale Warrior Classic. Page boys have played like many Patriot supporters have hoped they would the last two games, hope it keeps rolling.
  23. Thanks for all that contacted with inquiries...still looking to fill one spot for OF/P.
