I agree Kat ran out of gas and I said that I didn't take anything away from Riverdales performance. This post was about classless. No official umpire should ever be in the stands making negative comments about one team to their fans and then turn around and be behind the plate. Didn't say anything negative about anyone from either team or fans just the official.

Can't always believe what you read writers always change things around for the story and don't quote people word for word. Only the coach and the reporter really knows what was said. Ask any of the players when they talk to reporters what they said then read what is printed very rarely is it exactly written as stated. If you really want to talk about classless how about an official sitting with and taunting Beech fans during Friday nights game. Then guess who is behind the plate on Saturday the same classless bias umpire that had two totally different strike zones for each team and don't say it wasn't obvious because it was. Even heard Riverdale fans asking him if he was in a hurry to get the game over and go home when he evened up the strike zone in the 6th inning. That doesn't take anything away from Riverdale but in a championship game it should be a consistent and fair strike zone for both teams. They work to hard to get there to have a bias official behind the plate.

You are right, we were in our seats praying our team would start playing and hitting like they have all year not watching some other teams play, led alone making fun of other parents.

Oh, how do you know they were Beech Moms? Did they tell you that personally. I am a Beech Mom and I also heard some Beech Moms saying it would be nice to see someone beat GP this year. It is nice for other girls to experience that in different parts of Tennessee. Just because you have a Beech shirt on doesn't make you a Beech Mom. I will tell you right now our parents and are girls are always respectful. Even to the point in asking some of the younger new fans that came to cheer us on not to say some things. We flat out told them we don't do stuff like that. So I find it hard to believe any of our parent would make fun of anyone for celebrating. Way to go U and enjoy your championship

It was an incredible season and you have it right! Believe it as a parent we supported and believed in our team but so many people were saying we were going to win it all. Many of our parents always say it's done on the field not on this site or in the papers. Any team can beat anyone on any given day. Yes, we came up short and our girls made errors and just mental mistakes they haven't been making. Mr. Bat Boy it works both ways, when we beat them and put them in the losers bracket the warrior nation was pretty silent as well. DubC is a Wilson Central parent and has stated that many times so only talk about what you know. What it comes down to is two great teams played and had awesome seasons one came in first the other second. No matter what we are proud of our girls and expect to be there again next year.

BUC NATION is so proud of each and everyone of you. We are so lucky to have such a great group of girls representing us. Been around a lot of teams and girls and these girls are special. I have never seen a tighter group of girls on and off the field. This is more than just a team it is a big loving family. There is nothing they wouldn't do for each other. Everyone one wants to do well for themselves but they cheer more for each other. You girls go out there and have the game of your dreams, soak it all in and just have fun like you have done all year. Everyone played with Heart and it is just a shame that both teams can't continue on. Rossviews pitcher did and a great job. They played a great game and it was exactly the kind of game we expected.
