Could have been the worse game played by Northview in the last 15 or so. Hopefully the nerves will be gone tomorrow. Will be a great game with Macon if they play to their abilities. I wouldn’t base a game plan on their performance today

Congratulations Seymour Lady Eagles

Kyle Koneman replaced Scott Norman as head coach of the Seymour Eagles. Scott retired after 16 years as the Eagles head coach. Kyle played his high school career at Seymour, then on to Walters State, LSU, and Carson-Newman.

I made an E-2 in the book since the catcher was closest to ball when infraction ocurred and was the result of the infraction.

Scoring question: Situation: Runner on third with a 2-1 count on batter and 1 out. Pitcher throws pitch in dirt and it is blocked by catcher. The ball gets stuck inside catcher's vest. Runner advanced to home and catcher pulls ball out and tags runner. Field umpire calls a dead ball infraction and allows runner to score. How is it scored in score book if any? Umpire made the correct call also.
