Just wondering if Liberty Tech has been put in a new district? If not hard to say they are not the team to beat.

I got a name for you HC folks, and I hate to throw it out there. Coach Hookfin Liberty Tech. One of the best young coaches in the state period! Look at what he has done with that program in such a short amount of time.

What are the thoughts on the Crusaders in 2010. I saw a ton of young talent that made it to the semis. Very impressed with what that coach and his staff and what they have accomplished in a short period of time. I believe they have what it takes to rule the roost in west TN, and compete for state championships year in and year out. Just my opinion. Any thoughts?

Was impressed with the way the crusaders performed without crowder. They turned the ball over 3 times inside the 20 going to score and found a way to beat a very talented memphis team. The defense is lights out. How many top notch runningbacks do they have? Tech hard to stop minus the turnovers. If the passing game develops a little, see you in cookeville.

These two are no miss D-1 talent. And I am sure the further they go in the play offs the bigger the colleges start coming out. In my opinion Liberty has about 10 kids that can play at the division 1 level. I remember Liberty football a few years back and that coach has done a tremendous job down there, They are my pick to win it all in 4a.

I think Liberty could be one of the best teams in the state. They have some of the best athletes and coaching in this area. I have followed the program since the hiring of Coach Hookfin, and what they have done to turn the program around is remarkable. It seems to me that Liberty biggest opponent is themselves. That was obvious against Henry Co. Im sure Hookfin will fix the problem and lead Liberty to an awsome run this year.

I know it is very early and many teams have not even had spring football yet, but you cant count out Liberty Tech out of jackson. They opened some eyes last year and have almost everyone returning and their dropping from 4a to 3a. Their coach is supposed to be the real deal anyone know much about him?
