So what have the Bryant's done to improve for this coming year? What are they going to do with that porous defense?

If these coaches are so good at teaching the boys good lessons what lessons are the kids learning from (if you can't beat them drop them). Who is proud in Grundy County of this move to drop SP?

They can't beat a one win single A Grace week 9 of this year and lost to them two years ago, so drop them in order to play a team that went 0-10. I beat Cumberland won't go 0-10 next year. I guess billy will defend this move and keep saying what a tough schedule Grundy plays. I also would not be surprised if they tried to drop SP, they have wanted to since they got the job.

Four years. No improvement. Have they sent a kid to a kicking camp? What are they doing to improve as a staff? Don't the top two coaches coach basketball? If so then when will they put the focus on football? Never mind there is always next year and then the next and so on.

Did you check the score last night? CC put up basketball points. But they are only 4th best?

I am referring to the coaching staff. All my post about the players are positive. Never said the coaches are not good role models, they just can't coach.

Don't blame the coaches they don't put on the pads. Blame the kids? Everyone says talent is up. Can't have it both ways. Things will be better next year. Tell that to the four senior classes that have not reached their potential. Tuff schedule, 6 teams that Grundy played went 17-43 and you were up by two scores late to Jasper. Coach says CC is 4th best team, so how did they score more than the others. Must have to do with someone other than the coaches. How many plays did the HC ever call before he was the HC? How many games did the DC or OC coach before they got those jobs? Wonder how they got those Jobs? The future could be bright with the young talent Grundy has. The question is does anyone think this staff has what it take to help those kids reach their potential? When have they made an adjustment against a quality team that made a difference?

Second half sounds the same story from the rest of the year. Mountain boys show up and play hard 1st half then Madden fails again to adjust for the second half. Wonder if coach still thinks CC is the 4th best team they have played this year? When was the last time Grundy gave up 69? 131 in two weeks?

looks like Grundy has got the Offense going tonight. This score confuses even more about the Grace game. Grundy takes playing to the level of your competition to a new level. Big loss to 1 win Grace and then makes it a game with CC.

Sounds like something you might say to your kids in the locker room, but the Chattanooga Times? Maybe Grundy has the next Rex Ryan?

My complaint isn't preferential treatment, it is incompetence. Best talent, yet no improved record. Easier competition 4 teams with winning records one of jasper they had a two score lead on in second half and the other six teams went 13-47 with one loss to a one win Grace. Again should be 7-3 and you wouldn't have many complaints but that is what happens when you become a coach. Win or get some ear plugs.

So no one should ever question the direction of the program? No one has criticized the coaches families. Although it appears only one family is coaching. Who is responsible for adjustments during games? Who is responsible for moral? These guys came in with no experience and have shown no improvement. Should be 7-3 the loss to Jasper when you where up by two scores and the loss to a 1 win Grace are inexcusable. I still haven't figured out how ND put up 62. Everyone says this is the best talent GC has had in years so don't question the coaches. Give them another four years maybe they can improve? Don't worry about the potential of the kids.

I think the n vs. s had improved until this staff. Now is anyone truly happy with what they have done over four years?

I would save the the discussion until after the Mainord kids senior year. Keep the pressure off of him and put on the coaches where it belongs. Will it ever change in Grundy? Not until enough people complain to board members. One family controls two sports and if you are not connected to that family then you have no value. How many people from the north end are involved in the program?

I would check that I think they lost in the 1st round to Portland at home. Coach C's last year there as HC.

Justin was good but he had better talent all around him when compared to what most of the others had. He also had an easier schedule during the Coach C era. Others had more wins and went deeper into the playoffs. Who was QB in 93? isn't that the best team? Maybe if Justin is the better QB he should call the Offense.CC 56 GC 20 That Generous

You have a very talented freshman QB. The best in your history? I can name several very easily that many might argue with you over that statement. Jim Brown, Allen Johnson, Nick Meeks, Chris Pickett, and as it might pain some of those who have lost faith (not that I ever had any) in this coaching staff you can’t leave Nick Bryant off of that list. Best in your history the kid has only played a few games, save that discussion for after his last high school game. I don't know as much about the WR but give them some time with quality coaching and maybe these kids can be some of the best in your history. Let them play for a while first then have the discussion.

1. Your defense hasn’t stopped anyone yet except maybe Whitwell. Gave up 62 last week, the week before 32 by early in the 3rd quarter to a 1 win Grace team. 2. You should brag about the receiver. He has done a great job this year and that is not a strong position for Grundy historically. 3. Grundy is very predictable. The coaches continually fail to make adjustments. The Bryant’s have had the program for four years now and after this weeks coming loss they will have a .500 avg. during a period of very easy scheduling. 4 When will these people stop settling for mediocre? This team should be 7-3. If Grundy wins the Jasper and Grace games the ND game might have been a little different. Does this staff prove to the people they have the dedication to improve? Are you refering to the freshman WR or QB as potientally the best in your history?

How does Grundy find a way to lose this game? What should we expect next week?
