Any more updates?

Just wondering if anybody was going to be able to give updates on the game or is it on the radio. Any info would be greatly appreciated since I have to work and can not go.

Talk about BLOWN call what about when the cascade player bull dogged our shortstop and nothing was done. He was out by a mile and decided to run our short stop to make him drop the ball.

No matter where the ball was it was a routine play. The shortstop SHOULD have made the play EASILY!!!!!!!!!!!!! If your left fielder couldn't get to the ball then it must have been close to the infield!!!

If you win the first game in the region you will play in the region finals and the substate if you win all three you go to state. I hope that helps. Good Luck

Maybe you are right at least you are being nice about it. I wasn't trying to be rude like the poster was. Hopefully we will get another chance at Cascade. They really our a great ball team and a good group of young men. Nothing against them I wish all of them the best of luck and represent 9-A well.

Are you SERIOUS my 3 year old son could have caught that ball. It was DEFINITLEY an infield fly. He was camped under it and just dropped it. I did not know a conventional double play was when an infielder dropped a pop up then threw it to third then to second, isn't that what the infield fly is for. Maybe you don't know rules or for that matter the umpires.

Actually Forrest has to only win one game tonight to make it to the finals. It was a great game last night. I hated to lose and I hated for the umpires to decide the game. Anyway we are proud of you rockets keep on going all the way to the region. You have no respect from the other teams. Region would be a great accomplishment for you guys and yes our prayers are definitely with Norman and his family.

Nick Saban is going to be in Marshall county today looking at Hightower! What do you think his chances are of him signing the letter to play today? Just wanted to know your thoughts?

He only threw 126 pitches. That is not bad this late in the season and considering the amount of innings, 10. His arm is fine.

Yes he did play for Chapel Hill last year. He is only a junior but is attracting many scouts.

Mikie had 22 k's last night and only gave uo 2 infield hits. What does the future hold for this young men? Do the Rockets have a chance to move on this year? What are your thoughts?
