I was at the champioship game at the horns were a little anoying, but the Beech fans were intentionally blowing the whistles right when the batter was receiving the pitch, just like rec' ball girls yelling "swing" when the balls come in. I didn't hear Rdale fans doing that. At least they were consistent when blowin the horns.

Define Dominating?`Are you only a dominating pitcher is you have 15K's`a`game at state? Cus`nobody dominated if that is the case. Greenwood looked good, the Maryville girl looked solid, Connell looked solid, but nobody has 15K's a game. It's not all about strikeouts, ball location and movement are just as important and can also make a pticher dominating. Just hate it when the press and everyone else gets so enamored with strikeouts and you not a dominating pitcher if your not striking out the entire order. Banks pitched 5 in 4 days, tough for a pitcher. Hoadwonic for Riverdale pitched her 7th in 4 days. Don't know how they do it. Both pitchers did a great job. Very solid programs. Congrats to both!!
