Those are impressive stats! Can't help but wonder about the pitching though. Beech run-ruled Franklin (11-1)and only allowed 1 hit in their matchup at Franklin Sonic Invitational. Still, 15 homers on 200+ fences shows real power no matter what kind of pitching. Congrats to her!
In AA I agree, Creekwood is strong. Haven't seen Goodpasture yet butI think the fact that they haven't played many games will hurt them.
In AAA Beech is the best hitting team top to bottom I've ever seen. Home runs have come from 7 of 9 players in the lineup.
Who's gonna win AAA?
I'm saying Beech. Here's why. State Runner-up last year, 6 returning starters, 5 senior starters (including the pitcher), 3 NCAA Division 1 signees, 43-0 against TN teams this season. The only thing going against them is they don't bow down and pray toward the softball Mecca of Chattanooga 3 times a day .
In Middle TN I hear the Athletics have lost some good talent from the fall. Maybe not as good now. TN Eagles may be on the rise but mainly all 15 year olds. Cruisers always pretty good but again mainly 15s.
Which 2 will make state out of Soddy, Coffee, Riverdale, Lincoln?
Which 2 will make state out of Beech, Wilson Cent, Ravenwood, Brentwood?
I think Coffee, Lincoln, Beech, and Wilson Central.
Let's stir it up
