  1. METRO LAWDAWG FOOTBALL SEASON IS APPROACHING!! We will start season practice 10/17/10...Games will start around Feb. at Wilson Central High Lawdawgs are going into our 9th season. This is a Full-Contact league with TSSAA High school rules. There are a couple rule changes, including no cut blocking allowed any where on the field. My team is now open to ANYONE that is 18+ years old. $200 to play...Covers two jerseys you keep and Team fee.... You need a black Helmet, your own equipment, Black game Pants!!! If you're serious about playing or know someone that wants to play, or know someone that talks how good they would be if they could suit up again. Well here's their chance, call them on it!! Email me! Thanks, MSB3-Pnut Metrolawdawgs@yahoo.com www.MTFLONLINE.com
  2. I agree with burroball, a head coach at a high school is a job within itself. So many behind the scene responsibilities for a HC, which are not recognized. There are many issues that will not have to be address in the same magnitude, as in a metro school. It should be an easier ride for an experience coach. A guy with NFL experience, an ambition to coach, decent people/coach skills, and an understanding of the demands of HC, possess many tools of being a great coach. Based on his short High school experience, He has somewhat of an understanding of the demands. Whether he deserves it over an more experience successful area coach is another thing. With Law, only having the responsibilities of running the O could be a good thing! Dyson only put the blunt of the responsibilities on himself, and let the more experience coach run his O.
  3. Coach you not coming back? If not, it was great to work with you "Old Warrior". I learned allot about high school football, from you old heads at HLHS. I hope to make it back this year!!!
